The module input, output and power supply circuit are galvanically isolated from one another. This design helps safely separate the sensor circuit from the signal evaluation or control circuit.
Three-way isolation is particularly useful in systems where different ground potentials, interference currents or ground loops may occur. The module can also reduce the adverse interaction of several interconnected sensor circuits.
Three circuits are isolated:
the analogue signal input, analogue signal output and the 18–30 V DC auxiliary power supply circuit.Analogue signal conversion

The cut-off frequency of this version at the 3 dB level is 450 Hz. The specified 10–90% response time is approximately 0.8 ms.
- suitable for faster-changing analogue signals;
- faster response than the standard 30 Hz version;
- signals are transmitted using an inductive transmission principle;
- a filter installed after the transmission stage helps reduce interference;
- maximum transmission error – no more than 0.1% of full-scale value.
Configuration and adjustment
According to the manufacturer’s documentation, the ranges are set using DIP switches, while final zero-point and span correction is performed using the ZERO and SPAN potentiometers.
- ZERO adjustment – for signal zero-point correction within ±2%.
- SPAN adjustment – for full-scale measurement range correction within ±2%.
- DIP switches – for setting the input and output signal ranges.
- Green power LED indicator – indicates the auxiliary power supply status.
