GORKE TdN-07B is a fully battery-powered emergency call kit for accessible toilets, patient rooms and other spaces where a person may need urgent help. Pressing the SOS button or pulling the cord activates the light-and-sound signaller outside the door (in the corridor), while the receiver in the staff room displays the call.
Key point: No cables, no chasing walls and no 230 V connection – all three devices run on batteries and are surface-mounted in minutes. The kit is factory-programmed, and the LX radio module with LoRa technology and two-way communication carries the signal through several walls or floors where ordinary 433 MHz call bells fail.Power100% batteryRangeup to 4 km*LinkLoRa, two-wayBatteriesup to 4 years*** in open space under ideal conditions; shorter inside buildings. ** in standby; depends on the number of calls.
Kit contents
Device Where it is mounted and what it does SOS button SPX-PK1C with pull cord In the toilet or patient room. A call is made by pressing the large illuminated key or pulling the cord. The same button cancels the call. Brushed stainless-steel front, vandal-resistant key. Light-and-sound signaller BSX-400 Above the door outside or in the corridor. A red LED light and sound signal show which room is calling for help. Receiver SPX-CS1 (1 channel) In the staff, duty or reception room. Displays the call and gives an audible alarm. ⚠ Important: there is no separate reset button in the kit – the call is cancelled with the same SOS button when staff arrive in the room. Fewer devices, and the alarm can only be cleared on site. How the signalling works
The BSX-400 signaller works in stages, so the alarm remains visible for a long time while saving the battery. Once the call is cancelled, the signaller and receiver return to standby.
Time since call BSX-400 signaller behaviour 0–15 min Continuous light at full power, sound pulsing every 0.5 s 15–60 min Economy mode: full-power flash every 2 s, sound every 1 min After 60 min Super-economy mode: flash every 2 s at ¼ power, sound every 2 min – until the battery runs out (~800 h) Communication and reliability
- LX module with LoRa technology – receives the signal even when it is weaker than the surrounding noise, so it works in buildings with thick walls and between floors.
- Two-way communication – devices confirm reception instead of just “send and hope”.
- Battery status monitoring – the system monitors power, so battery replacement can be planned in advance.
- Interference immunity – the manufacturer states resistance to interference from GSM, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth devices.
- Rolling code – every transmission is encoded, so foreign remotes cannot trigger the system.
Why choose TdN-07B? It is the fastest way to install an emergency call in an existing building: no electrical design, no cable trunking and no renovation. Ideal where a 230 V system would be too expensive or impossible – in refurbished, heritage or rented buildings.Technical data

System Difference NC951 (230 V) Wired 230 V system to BS8300 – cheaper, but requires cabling and electrical work. TdN-07B needs no wires and no 230 V. ES-SOS3 (Wi-Fi) Notifications to a phone app via Wi-Fi, suitable for homes and care. TdN-07B needs no internet and works autonomously. ES-CSOS11 Simple 433.92 MHz button and receiver – shorter range, no signaller above the door and no pull cord. Hikvision DS-PDEBP1 Wearable SOS button for the AX PRO alarm system – requires a control panel. TdN-07B is a stand-alone kit. Where is it used?
- Accessible toilets in shopping centres, offices, schools, petrol stations
- Hospital wards and treatment rooms
- Nursing and senior care homes
- Accessible hotel rooms
- Changing rooms in gyms and swimming pools
- Heritage and refurbished buildings where walls cannot be chased
- Temporary sites, event areas, modular buildings
Practical example
If an existing toilet in a shopping centre has to be adapted for disabled users and the tiles must not be damaged – the SOS button with pull cord is fixed next to the WC, the BSX-400 signaller in the corridor above the door, and the receiver at the security desk. Installation takes less than an hour, with no extra cables or distribution-board work.
✓ Advantages- All devices battery-powered – no cabling
- Factory-programmed, works out of the box
- LoRa link through walls and floors
- Cancellation only on site, next to the person
- Vandal-resistant illuminated stainless-steel button
- Staged signaller operation saves battery
✗ Limitations- One call point – several toilets need several kits or a larger system
- Batteries must be checked and replaced periodically
- No phone notifications – for that choose ES-SOS3
- More expensive than the wired NC951 system
Installation and use notes
- The end of the cord must hang low so that a person lying on the floor can still raise the alarm
- Mount the BSX-400 signaller in a clearly visible place above the toilet door
- Test the link between the button and the receiver in the real positions before final fixing
- Replace batteries only with the same type of 3.6 V lithium cells
- Perform a test call regularly (e.g. monthly)
- The system does not replace fire alarm systems or calling emergency services (112)
☝ Elsprendimai.eu recommends:- For a wired 230 V system in a new building – NC951 kit
- To receive notifications on a phone – ES-SOS3 with Wi-Fi
- For a wearable button in an alarm system – Hikvision DS-PDEBP1

No. All three devices run on 3.6 V lithium batteries.
How is a call cancelled?
With the same SOS button in the room – the staff member presses the key and the system returns to standby.
How long do the batteries last?
TdN-07B – up to 4 years in standby; actual life depends on the number of calls.
Will 4 km work inside a building?
