  • Electronic lock with reader | for lockers | unlockable with an IC wristband | RFID | 107x57x14mm | black

    Code: ES-M-2301GB

Electronic locker lock with an integrated RFID reader, designed for wooden and metal lockers in gyms, SPA centres, swimming pools, schools, offices, and other changing or storage areas. The locker is unlocked using a registered IC wristband, while the administrator card enables convenient management of multiple locks within the same system. The lock is powered by 4 AA batteries, and if the batteries are depleted, emergency power can be supplied via USB Type-C, ensuring secure access control.

  • Electronic cabinet lock with IC wristband – RFID unlocking, administrator card, emergency USB Type-C power supply

Electronic cabinet lock with IC wristband is designed for wooden and metal cabinets, changing-room furniture, lockers in gyms, spas, saunas, offices and other storage facilities. The lock is opened by placing a compatible electronic wristband against the card reader integrated into the front panel.

A mechanical key is not required for everyday use, allowing visitors to wear the silicone wristband conveniently on the wrist. This operating method is particularly suitable for gyms, swimming-pool changing areas, saunas and other locations where a conventional card can easily be lost or is inconvenient to carry.

The lock is powered by four 1.5 V AA alkaline batteries. If the internal batteries are completely discharged, a portable power source can be connected to the external USB Type-C emergency power connector to temporarily activate the lock electronics.

    Unlocking with an electronic wristband:
When a registered IC wristband is placed against the reader, the lock verifies the access data and allows the cabinet to be opened. The standard package is specified as including one silicone wristband.
    Centralised administration:
An administrator card can be configured to control several or all locks within the same system. This simplifies cabinet servicing, user wristband registration and emergency opening.
Important information about the USB Type-C connector:
The USB Type-C connector is intended for temporary emergency powerwhen the lock's internal batteries are depleted. It is not intended to recharge the installed AA batteries. Even with external power connected, a valid wristband or administrator card is still required.

    IC wristband recognition

An electronic reader is installed in the front section of the lock and recognises a previously registered IC wristband. To unlock the cabinet, simply bring the wristband close to the marked reader area.

The silicone wristband is convenient for active use because it can be worn on the wrist while exercising, changing clothes or visiting a pool or spa area. It reduces the risk of losing a separate mechanical key or a loose access card.

    Administrator card for multiple cabinets

An administrator card can be configured for the system. It can be used to administer several locks within the same system and allows an authorised employee to manage the cabinets centrally.

This solution is relevant for gyms, spa centres, schools, employee changing rooms and other locations equipped with multiple electronic cabinets.

An administrator card can be useful for:
    • Registering user wristbands.
    • Administering multiple locks.
    • Opening cabinets when a user's wristband has been lost.
    • Maintaining and servicing the cabinet system.
    Administrator card security:
The administrator card must be kept only by an authorised employee. If such a card is lost, it must be removed from the system immediately or the locks must be reprogrammed according to the product instructions.

    Powered by four AA batteries

The lock is powered by four 1.5 V AA alkaline batteries. The total rated supply voltage is 6 V DC.

The battery-powered design allows the lock to be installed without routing a separate power cable to each cabinet. This is especially convenient when upgrading existing wooden or metal furniture.

    Battery use:
Use four AA batteries of the same type, capacity and similar charge level. Do not mix new and used batteries, and observe the polarity marked in the battery compartment.

    Light indication and power warning

The lock has a light indicator that can provide information about control operations and the power status.

    Emergency power via USB Type-C

If the internal AA batteries are completely depleted and the reader no longer activates, a portable power source can be connected to the external USB Type-C connector.

Once temporary power is supplied, the lock reader is activated and the cabinet can be opened using a valid wristband or administrator card. After opening the cabinet, the internal AA batteries must be replaced.

    Emergency unlocking sequence:
    1. Connect a suitable external power source to the USB Type-C connector.
    2. Wait until the light indicator or reader activates.
    3. Place the registered wristband or administrator card against the reader.
    4. Open the cabinet.
    5. Replace the four AA batteries.
Emergency power does not bypass access control:
The external power source only activates the lock electronics. It does not unlock the lock by itself and does not grant access without a valid wristband or administrator card.

    Zinc alloy and ABS construction

The front section of the lock is made from zinc alloy and ABS plastic. The metal housing element provides mechanical strength, while the plastic parts are used to integrate the electronics and reader components.

The black surface is suitable for modern wooden and metal cabinets, changing-room furniture and dark-coloured interiors.

    Compact front control panel

The front section measures 107 × 57 × 14 mm. The shallow external panel protrudes only slightly from the cabinet door surface.

Suitable for wooden and metal cabinets

The lock can be installed in wooden and metal cabinet doors, provided their construction allows the front reader, internal locking mechanism and strike plate to be securely attached.

Thin metal doors may require an additional reinforcement plate. Openings in wooden doors must be prepared accurately without damaging the surface finish.

    Before installation:
Check the door thickness, opening direction, internal space for the battery compartment, and the positions of the locking mechanism and strike plate. Prepare the mounting holes only according to the installation template supplied for the specific product.
