  • LED TRI-PROOF luminaire | 1.2 m | 22 / 28 / 34 / 40 W | 140 lm/W | CCT | IP65 | IK08

Universal 1.2 m LED TRI-PROOF luminaire for industrial, warehouse, technical, commercial and general-purpose indoor areas. Integrated power selection allows operation at 22 W, 28 W, 34 W or 40 W, while selectable colour temperature allows choosing 2700 K, 3000 K, 4000 K, 5000 K or 6500 K. Luminous efficacy reaches 140 lm/W, IP65 protects against dust and water jets, while IK08 provides increased resistance to mechanical impact.

    Key point

One luminaire can be adapted to different project conditions by selecting the required power and one of five colour temperatures. This allows the same luminaire model to be used in different rooms or to change lighting parameters without replacing the entire luminaire. 140 lm/W efficacy helps reduce installed power while maintaining high luminous output.

    Operating principle

The luminaire is supplied from a 220–240 V AC, 50/60 Hz mains supply. Integrated power selection allows one of four operating modes to be set: 22 W, 28 W, 34 W or 40 W. Lower power can be selected where less illumination and reduced energy consumption are required, while 40 W mode provides the highest luminous output of the luminaire.

A separate CCT selector allows the light colour to be set from warm 2700 K to cool 6500 K. This makes it possible to adapt the same luminaire to rooms with different functions without replacing the luminaire itself.

    Why is selectable power useful?

Power selection allows the same 1.2 m luminaire to be used in zones with different lighting requirements. This is particularly useful in projects where some areas require stronger illumination while others benefit from lower energy consumption.

    Power and luminous flux selection

Selected power Efficiency Calculated luminous flux*
    22 W 140 lm/W approx. 3,080 lm
    28 W 140 lm/W approx. 3,920 lm
    34 W 140 lm/W approx. 4,760 lm
    40 W 140 lm/W approx. 5,600 lm

    * Luminous flux values are calculated from the declared 140 lm/W efficacy: power × 140 lm/W.

    2700 K
Warm white light for a more comfortable atmosphere.
    3000 K
Warm white light for general and commercial spaces.
    4000 K
Neutral white light for work and technical areas.
    5000 K
Cooler white light for brighter work environments.
    6500 K
    Cool daylight-type white light.

    IP65 and IK08 protection

    • IP65 – protection against dust ingress and water jets.
    • IK08 – increased mechanical impact resistance.
    • Suitable for warehouses, garages, workshops and other dusty or more humid indoor areas.
    • The PC housing helps create a lightweight and practical TRI-PROOF construction.
    • Stainless-steel clips are used to secure the housing components.

    TRI-PROOF construction

The TRI-PROOF luminaire construction is intended for environments where protection against dust, moisture and mechanical impact is important. The PC + PC housing design and stainless-steel clips are suitable for long-term use in technical, warehouse and industrial premises.

    140 lm/W – what does it mean?

Luminous efficacy indicates how much luminous flux is produced from one watt of electrical power. 140 lm/W is an important parameter in premises where luminaires operate for long periods, as it helps achieve the required luminous output with lower installed power.

    Design notes

    • Select the power mode suitable for the project before installation.
    • Select the required colour temperature.
    • The luminaire is not dimmable – selecting a power mode is not the same as continuous light dimming.
    • The required number of luminaires depends on room geometry, mounting height and required illuminance in lx.
    • Different power modes may be appropriate for different working zones.
    • A professional lighting calculation is recommended.

    Installation recommendations

    1. Disconnect the power supply before installation or changing settings.
    2. Select the required power mode: 22, 28, 34 or 40 W.
    3. Select the required colour temperature: 2700, 3000, 4000, 5000 or 6500 K.
    4. Mount the luminaire on a mechanically suitable ceiling or wall surface.
    5. Check the fixing of the housing, clips and mounting elements.
    6. Carry out the electrical connection in accordance with applicable electrical installation requirements.
    7. Before switching on, check all electrical connections and housing closure.

    Limitations / considerations

    • The luminaire is not dimmable.
    • Power is changed by selecting a fixed mode, not by continuously adjusting light output.
    • The correct power and CCT settings must be selected before use.
    • IP65 does not mean that the luminaire may be submerged in water.
    • The number of luminaires should be determined according to project illuminance requirements, not only room area.
