  • Five-channel radio relay | 5 × NO | DIN | IP20 | F&Home RADIO | F&F | rH-R5

    Code: rH-R5

F&F rH-R5 is a five-channel wireless relay (5 × NO) for the F&Home RADIO smart building system, mounted on a DIN rail. It reports channel states, has a common control button and internal overheating protection. An F&Home server is required.

  • Five-channel radio relay | 5 × NO | DIN | IP20 | F&Home RADIO | F&F | rH-R5

F&F rH-R5 is a five-channel wireless relay for the F&Home RADIO smart building system, mounted on a DIN rail in the distribution board. Five NO contacts with a common feed let one module control five circuits according to commands from the system server.

    Key idea:
When several lighting groups or appliances need to be controlled in a board, one rH-R5 replaces five separate relays. The module communicates with the F&Home server by radio, so no control bus needs to be installed.

    How it works

The module is mounted on a DIN rail in the board. The NO contacts of all five relays share a common feed, and each output is connected to a separate load circuit.

rH-R5 communicates with the F&Home server by radio: it receives on / off commands and returns the state of each channel. A short press of the button on the housing switches all relays on or off at once.

The result: five circuits are controlled from the F&Home app, scenes or automations, and the channel states are always visible in the system.

    Why choose rH-R5?
Five channels in one housing, the ability to switch resistive, inductive and capacitive loads in AC and DC circuits, and internal overheating protection.

    Main functions

    • Five channels – five circuits are controlled with one module.
    • State feedback – the system sees the actual state of each channel.
    • Common button – a short press switches all relays on or off.
    • Various loads – resistive, inductive and capacitive, AC and DC.
    • Overheating protection – an internal temperature sensor protects the module.
    • Wireless communication – no control bus is needed between the board and the server.

    Where is it used?

    • F&Home RADIO systems in homes
    • Lighting groups in the distribution board
    • Heating zone and pump control (via a contactor if needed)
    • Ventilation and humidification equipment
    • Renovation projects without a bus
    • Small offices and commercial premises

    Use by need

    For homeowners.
Five lighting or appliance circuits are controlled from the F&Home app.
    For electricians.
One DIN module instead of five relays – a more compact board.
    For system integrators.
Channel state feedback and radio communication make it easier to expand an F&Home system.

    Practical use

If an F&Home system in a house has to control five lighting groups, mount rH-R5 on a DIN rail in the board, connect each group to a separate NO contact and register the module in the F&Home server.

    Pros

    • 5 channels in one module
    • State feedback
    • Internal overheating protection
    • Suitable for AC and DC circuits
    • DIN mounting

    Cons / limitations

    • Works only with the F&Home RADIO system and server
    • All channels share a common feed
    • Large loads require contactors
    • A metal enclosure can weaken the radio signal

    Safety and installation notes

    • Before installation switch off the power and verify that no voltage is present
    • Installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician
    • Observe the contact load specified by the manufacturer
    • Protect the circuits with suitable circuit breakers
    • Check the radio signal quality with the board closed

    Quick selection guide

    5 channels
    NO contacts
    F&Home RADIO
    DIN
    IP20
    Overheating protection
    Suitable when you need:
    • to control several circuits with one module
    • to expand an F&Home RADIO system
    • for wireless control in the board without a bus
    Check before use:
    • whether an F&Home server is installed
    • the load type and current according to the manufacturer's data
    • space on the DIN rail
    • the radio signal quality at the board location
Important reminder: rH-R5 is not a protective device – it does not replace a circuit breaker or a residual current device and does not work remotely without an F&Home server.
