1200 mm LED weatherproof luminaire with emergency module – a professional 40 W linear fixture for warehouses, production areas, garages, corridors, logistics facilities and technical zones. A luminous flux of 5600 lm and an efficacy of 140 lm/W provide bright main lighting, while 4000 K neutral white light is suitable for working environments. IP66 protects against dust and powerful water jets, IK10 provides high mechanical resistance, and the integrated emergency module can operate for up to 3 hours in the event of a power failure.

  • LED weatherproof luminaire with emergency module | 1200 mm | 40 W | 140 lm/W | 5600 lm | 4000 K | IP66 | IK10 | 3 h

Professional 1.2 m LED weatherproof luminaire with an integrated emergency module, designed for warehouses, production areas, technical rooms, garages, corridors, logistics centres and other demanding applications. 40 W power, 140 lm/W luminous efficacy and 5600 lm luminous flux provide efficient general lighting, while in the event of a mains power failure the emergency module allows the luminaire to operate for up to 3 hours. IP66 protection, IK10 mechanical resistance and an aluminium housing are designed for demanding operating conditions.

    Key point

This model combines efficient 40 W general LED lighting and an emergency mode with up to 3 hours of operation in one housing. It is a practical solution for facilities where lighting must be maintained for safe movement, orientation or evacuation if the main power supply fails. IP66 and IK10 additionally increase suitability for demanding technical and industrial environments.

    Operating principle

In normal operation, the luminaire is powered from a 220–240 V AC mains supply and operates as the main 40 W LED light source. At an efficiency of 140 lm/W, the rated luminous flux reaches 5600 lm.

If the main power supply fails, the integrated emergency power module switches the luminaire to emergency mode. Emergency lighting operating time is up to 3 hours.

    3-hour emergency mode

The integrated emergency module is designed to maintain lighting when the main power supply fails. Up to 3 hours of operation is particularly relevant in corridors, passageways, technical areas, warehouses, production facilities and other locations where orientation or safety lighting is required during a power outage.

    Important

A 3-hour emergency operating time does not mean that the full 5600 lm luminous flux of normal operating mode is maintained during emergency operation.

    140 lm/W luminous efficacy

Luminous efficacy indicates how much luminous flux is produced from one watt of electrical power. In this case: 40 W × 140 lm/W = 5600 lm.

    Lighting characteristics

    4000 K
Neutral white light suitable for work, production, storage, technical and general-purpose areas.
    CRI ≥83
Good colour rendering for general professional, commercial and technical lighting.
    PF >0.95
High power factor, relevant for professional installations with multiple luminaires.

    IP66 protection

    • IP6X – complete protection against dust ingress into the housing.
    • IPX6 – protection against powerful water jets.
    • Practical for dusty, humid and demanding technical environments.
    • IP66 does not mean protection against continuous immersion in water.
    • The housing and electrical connections must remain properly sealed during installation.

    IK10 mechanical resistance

IK10 is a high mechanical impact resistance class. This is an important advantage in garages, parking areas, warehouses, production facilities, technical corridors and other areas where there is a greater risk of accidental mechanical impact.

    Aluminium housing

The aluminium housing provides mechanical strength and helps dissipate heat generated by the LED components and electronics. This is important for stable and long-term operation of the luminaire.

    Use by application

    Warehouses and production
5600 lm luminous flux and 140 lm/W efficiency are suitable for general lighting of larger work, storage and technical areas.
    Corridors and safety areas
The integrated emergency mode with up to 3 hours of operation maintains lighting if the main power supply fails.
    Demanding environments
The IP66 and IK10 combination is relevant in areas with increased dust, moisture, water jets or mechanical impact.

What should you know about emergency lighting?

    • 3 h indicates the emergency operating duration, not operation at full output.
    • Before using the luminaire as compliant emergency escape lighting, project requirements and required illuminance must be assessed.

    Design notes

    • The required number of luminaires should be determined according to room geometry, mounting height and required illuminance in lx.
    • 5600 lm is the rated luminous flux in normal operating mode.
    • The luminaire is not dimmable.
    • Power is fixed at 40 W.
    • Colour temperature is fixed at 4000 K.
    • IP66 does not mean protection against immersion in water.
    • A separate lighting calculation is recommended for professional or emergency escape lighting.

    Installation recommendations

    1. Disconnect the main electrical supply before installation.
    2. Select the mounting location according to the required normal and emergency lighting.
    3. Mount the luminaire on a mechanically suitable and sufficiently strong surface.
    4. Carry out the electrical connection according to the emergency module wiring diagram.
    5. Ensure that power supply and charging of the emergency module are connected according to the manufacturer's wiring diagram.
    6. When installing in a humid environment, maintain the sealing of connections and cable entries required for IP66 protection.
    7. After installation, check normal operation and simulate a mains power failure to verify emergency mode activation.
