The system is designed for inspecting the inside of pipes without prior dismantling. The Φ23mm camera head is pushed through the pipeline using the 20m cable, while the image is displayed in real time on the 9" IPS monitor. The camera helps visually identify blockages, deposits, foreign objects, pipe damage, deformation and other visible problems.

The Φ23mm camera head has an IP68 protection rating and is designed for operation in wet pipe environments. The IP68 rating does not automatically apply to the 9" monitor, battery, charger or other electronic components of the system, so these components must be protected from water.

The rechargeable battery allows pipe inspections to be carried out without connecting the system to a continuous power supply. Actual operating time may vary depending on display brightness, LED illumination intensity, ambient temperature and operating mode.

A building's sewer pipe becomes periodically blocked, but the exact location of the problem is unknown. The Φ23mm 1080P camera is inserted into the pipe while the 20m cable is gradually unwound from the reel. The operator monitors the inside of the pipe in real time on the 9" IPS display and adjusts the LED illumination according to visibility conditions. Once accumulated deposits, a foreign object, pipe deformation or other visible damage is detected, the problematic area can be identified more accurately and further cleaning or repair work can be planned.

Before inserting the camera into a pipeline, make sure that the Φ23mm camera head and adjustable guide physically fit inside the pipe being inspected and can pass through its bends. Do not force the camera or cable through obstructions, as excessive force may damage the camera, cable or connectors. After operation in a wet or contaminated system, it is recommended to clean and dry the camera head and cable. The IP68 protection rating applies to the camera head; therefore, the 9" monitor, battery, charger and other electronic equipment must be protected from water.
