Recessed retractable desktop power socket – 2×Schuko, 2×USB-A, 2×USB-C, 15W Qi, white

Recessed retractable countertop power socket designed for desks, kitchen islands, conference tables, office furniture and other indoor work areas where easily accessible 230V power sockets and USB charging ports are required.

The unit includes 2 Schuko sockets, 2 USB-A ports and 2 USB-C ports and features an integrated up to 15W Qi wireless charging surface. When not in use, the unit is concealed in the countertop; simply press the top cover to raise it.

The connectors of the raised socket unit are positioned on different sides of the housing. This allows several people to use the unit conveniently or enables devices to be connected from multiple sides of the table.

The socket unit is equipped with a 15A overload protection switch. It is designed to disconnect the unit when the total load exceeds the protection threshold.

The overload switch does not replace the building circuit breaker, residual-current protection or proper earthing. The device must only be connected to a technically sound and correctly protected electrical circuit.

For example, an Ø85 mm opening is drilled in the centre of a conference table and the socket unit is installed in it. Its power cable is routed below the table to a properly earthed 230V socket.

When not needed, the unit remains recessed in the countertop. During a meeting, pressing the top raises the unit so participants can connect laptops to the Schuko sockets, phones to the USB-A or USB-C ports, and place a compatible phone on the Qi charging surface.

After the meeting, all cables are disconnected and the unit is pushed back into the countertop, keeping the work surface tidy.

For the home user: a convenient solution for a kitchen island, desk or home office when concealed power and charging connections are required.

For the office user: allows a computer, monitor, phone and other low-power office equipment to be connected in one place.

For the furniture installer: before installation, the Ø85 mm opening position, countertop construction, 173 mm of free depth below the table and the possibility of safely routing the 1.8 m power cable must be checked.

1. Select the installation location. Check that there is at least 173 mm of free depth below the countertop and that drawers, cross-members, pipes or other equipment do not obstruct the unit.
2. Mark the Ø85 mm opening. Before drilling, check once again the area occupied by the Ø106 mm top trim plate.
3. Drill or cut the opening. Use a tool suitable for the countertop material and protect the cut edges from chipping.
4. Insert the socket unit. First route the power cable through the opening, then lower the housing vertically.
5. Secure the unit. Use the supplied fixing mechanism and check that the device does not move.
6. Route the power cable. The cable must not be pinched, stretched, contacted by drawers or exposed to sharp furniture edges.
7. Connect to an earthed socket. Use only a technically sound 230V electrical circuit with suitable protection.
8. Check operation. Raise and retract the unit several times and check the Schuko, USB and Qi charging functions.

• Install only in dry indoor areas.
• Do not use near a sink, water source or in a damp environment.
• Check the position of the Ø85 mm opening before cutting the countertop.
• Leave at least 173 mm of free depth below the countertop.
• Allow for the space occupied by the cable and plug below the table.
• Do not exceed the total load rating of the device and supply circuit.
• Do not connect several high-power heating appliances at the same time.
• Do not obstruct the raising mechanism with cables or other objects.
• Disconnect all side plugs and USB cables before retracting the unit.
• Do not place metal objects on the Qi charging surface.
• Do not charge a phone wirelessly if there is a metal plate between the phone and the surface.
• Use only a properly earthed power socket.
• Electrical connection and more complex furniture installation must be carried out by a qualified specialist.
