PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Goods Purchase-Sale Rules (hereinafter – Rules) are a legal document that defines the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Buyer and Seller, as well as the general e-commerce procedures for the sale of electrical and electrotechnical goods in the Republic of Lithuania.1.2. The Seller has the right to change, modify, or supplement the rules at any time, taking into account the requirements set forth by legal acts. The Rules applicable at the time of submitting the order are applied when the Buyer makes a purchase in the online store.
1.3. The following are entitled to purchase in the online store:
Capable individuals, i.e., individuals who have reached the age of majority, whose legal capacity has not been restricted by court order.
Minors aged 14 to 18 years, with the consent of their parents or guardians, except when they independently manage their income.
Legal entities and their authorized representatives.1.4. The Seller confirms that the Buyer has the right to purchase goods according to these rules.
1.5. The contract between the Buyer and Seller is considered concluded at the moment when the Buyer, having formed the shopping cart in the online store, provided the delivery address, chosen the payment method, and reviewed the Seller's rules, clicks the "Confirm Order" button.
1.6. Each contract between the Buyer and the Seller is stored in the online store's system.
2. Personal Data Protection
2.1. The Buyer can order goods in the online store either by registering or without registration, but they must provide the necessary information for order fulfillment.2.2. The Seller undertakes to protect the Buyer's personal data in accordance with the GDPR and the Personal Data Protection Law of the Republic of Lithuania.
2.3. By confirming the Rules, the Buyer agrees to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of sales, activity analysis, and marketing.
2.4. The Buyer can opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time.
3. Buyer’s Rights and Obligations
3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store according to the applicable rules.3.2. The Buyer may cancel the purchase-sale agreement within 14 calendar days, except in cases specified by legal acts.
3.3. When returning goods, they must be in their original packaging, undamaged, and unused.
3.4. The Buyer undertakes to accept the ordered goods and pay the agreed price for them.
4. Seller’s Rights and Obligations
4.1. The Seller ensures the smooth operation of the online store and delivery of goods.4.2. If the Buyer violates the Rules, the Seller may restrict access to the online store.
4.3. The Seller undertakes to protect the Buyer’s personal information and deliver the goods to the specified address.
5. Ordering Goods, Prices, and Payment Procedure
5.1. The Buyer can purchase goods 24/7 by placing an order in the online store.5.2. The contract between the parties is considered concluded when the Seller confirms the Buyer’s order.
5.3. The prices of the goods are presented in euros, including VAT.
5.4. Payment is possible via bank transfer, electronic banking, or credit card.
6. Delivery of Goods
6.1. Goods are delivered by the Seller or a courier service.6.2. The Buyer must provide an accurate delivery address and accept the goods.
6.3. Delivery terms are indicated in the description of each product.
7. Product Quality and Guarantees
7.1. The Seller ensures that all goods sold comply with legal requirements.7.2. Products come with a manufacturer's warranty.
8. Returns and Exchanges
8.1. The Buyer can return goods within 14 calendar days of receipt.8.2. The Buyer covers the cost of returning goods, except in cases of defects or incorrect delivery.
8.3. Non-returnable goods:
Products made specifically for the Buyer.
Electrical and electrotechnical goods, if they have been installed or connected to the electrical network.
Software and licenses if activated.
9. Liability
9.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.9.2. The Seller is not responsible for damages caused by improper use of the goods.
9.3. Disputes are resolved through negotiations or through the VVTAT.
10. Marketing and Information
10.1. The Seller has the right to change the terms of marketing campaigns.10.2. The Buyer can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
11. Final Provisions
11.1. These Rules are drawn up according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.11.2. All disputes are resolved through negotiations or in accordance with legal acts.
