GLAMOX GFWT3 is a white smart flush-mounted thermostat designed for controlling electric underfloor heating and other compatible electric heating systems. The thermostat can regulate heating according to room or floor temperature, control loads up to 16 A and be operated remotely through the Glamox Heating WiFi app. The integrated weekly program also operates independently, so a permanent internet connection is not required for basic programmed heating control.

GFWT3 combines room and floor temperature control, Wi-Fi control, weekly programming, open-window detection and power regulation in one device. The thermostat operates from a 230 V AC supply, has a normally open NO contact, supports a maximum contact load of 16 A and is supplied with a floor sensor. Compatibility with most floor temperature sensors allows it to be used both in new installations and when replacing an older thermostat.

GFWT3 uses a resistive temperature sensor and is compatible with most floor sensors. This is practical when replacing an older thermostat where a sensor is already installed in the floor and additional floor work is to be avoided. Before connecting an existing sensor, its electrical parameters and compatibility with GFWT3 must be checked.

Once the thermostat is connected to the network, temperature and heating settings can be controlled remotely through the Glamox Heating WiFi app. This allows heating to be adjusted from a phone or tablet regardless of location, provided the thermostat and mobile device have the required network connection.

GFWT3 has an integrated weekly program. Once a heating schedule has been configured, the thermostat can continue running the programmed temperature modes without active control from the app. Therefore, loss of internet access does not cancel the weekly heating schedule stored in the thermostat itself.

The integrated open-window detection function is designed to reduce unnecessary heating when room temperature drops quickly due to ventilation. This helps avoid the heating system operating intensively while the room is being actively ventilated.

GFWT3 has a power regulation function that allows the thermostat to be adapted to different electric heating control scenarios. The specific power regulation parameters and setting method should be selected according to the manufacturer's instructions and the characteristics of the heating system used.

The specified standby power consumption of the thermostat is 0.5 W. This is the power consumption of the controller itself in standby mode and should not be confused with the power of the connected heating system.

1. Disconnect the electrical supply before installation.
2. Install the thermostat flush-mounted in a suitable installation box.
3. Connect the 230 V AC supply and heating load according to the manufacturer's wiring diagram.
4. Connect the floor temperature sensor.
5. If an existing sensor is used, verify its compatibility before connection.
6. Make sure the connected heating system current does not exceed 16 A.
7. After installation, configure the temperature and weekly program settings.
8. For remote control, pair the thermostat with the Glamox Heating WiFi app.
