Suitable for warehouses, factories, telecommunications cabinets and other centrally managed access control systems.

  • Electronic Key for Passive Locks | fingerprint | PIN | Bluetooth APP | up to 10,000 locks

Smart electronic key designed for unlocking passive electronic locks and managing access permissions. The key features a unique 64-bit ID identifier, fingerprint reader, numeric keypad, Bluetooth connectivity and a rechargeable 3.7 V 700 mAh lithium battery. One electronic key can manage up to 10,000 compatible locks.

    Main idea

One electronic key can replace a large number of traditional mechanical keys. Access permissions are configured according to administrative requirements – it is possible to define who can unlock a particular lock, when access is allowed and where it may be used. Unlocking can be authorised by fingerprint, PIN code or Bluetooth mobile application.

    Number of managed locks
    Up to 10,000
    Fingerprints
    Up to 50

    Up to 50
    Event memory
    Up to 10,000

    Operating principle

The electronic key is used together with passive electronic locks that do not contain an internal battery. When the key is applied to the contact of a compatible lock, it supplies power to the lock and transfers unlocking authorisation.

If the key has permission to unlock a specific lock, the user can open it. Access permissions can be configured according to administrative requirements – for specific locks, users and time periods.

One key – thousands of locks

One electronic key can manage up to 10,000 compatible locks, eliminating the need to carry numerous separate mechanical keys. Access permissions are managed electronically.

    Unlocking methods

    Fingerprint
The key supports up to 50 registered fingerprint authorisations.
    PIN code
The integrated keypad allows PIN-based access authorisation. Up to 50 passwords can be registered.
    Bluetooth APP
The key can also be controlled and authorised through a mobile application using Bluetooth connectivity.

    Unique 64-bit ID

Each electronic key has a globally unique 64-bit ID identifier. This identifier is used by the electronic access system to recognise and authorise the key.

    Centralised access management

Specific unlocking permissions can be assigned to the electronic key according to administrative rules. It is possible to define which locks the key may unlock and when access is permitted.

    • Access authorisation for specific locks.
    • Access rights management.
    • Temporary user authorisation.
    • Bluetooth connection with a mobile application.
    • Storage of operation records.

    Operation logging

The electronic key can store up to 10,000 operation records. This allows key usage actions to be logged in the system and linked to specific access operations.

    Access authorisation

The key’s unlocking permissions are configured according to administrative requirements. It is possible to specify where and when a user is allowed to unlock particular electronic locks. This allows one physical key to have different access rights for different locations.

    Use with a passive lock

A passive electronic lock does not contain a battery. The electronic key is connected to the lock contact and supplies power to the lock during unlocking. If the key has valid authorisation, the lock mechanism is released.

    Main functions

    • Powering passive electronic locks during unlocking.
    • Managing up to 10,000 locks with one key.
    • Unique 64-bit ID identifier.
    • Fingerprint authorisation.
    • PIN code authorisation.
    • Bluetooth APP authorisation.
    • Up to 50 fingerprint users.
    • Up to 50 PIN users.
    • Up to 10,000 operation records.
    • 6–8 m Bluetooth operating range.
    • Type-C charging.
    • Rechargeable 700 mAh lithium battery.

    Where is it used?

    • With passive electronic locks.
    • In systems where many locks are controlled by one key.
    • For warehouse access management.
    • For access management at factory facilities.
    • For access management to telecommunications cabinets.
    • For access management at logistics facilities.
    • In other centrally managed electronic lock systems.

    Use by application

    One user – many locks
One electronic key can be authorised to unlock up to 10,000 different locks.
    For multiple users
Up to 50 fingerprints and up to 50 PIN codes can be registered in the key.
    For access control
Access rights can be configured according to a specific location and time, while key operations are recorded in memory.

    Practical use

The user confirms access using a fingerprint, PIN code or Bluetooth application. The electronic key is then applied to the contact of the passive lock. The key supplies power and authorisation information to the lock. If access permission has been granted for that specific lock, it can be unlocked.
