Over Voltage Current Under Voltage Protector Socket – a plug-in voltage and current protector with EU Schuko socket, designed to protect household electrical appliances from overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent and voltage surges. The device has an LED display showing voltage and current, as well as adjustable protection parameters.
Main idea:
This protector is designed for indoor electrical equipment, household appliances, lighting, refrigerators, freezers, decorations and other 110V / 220V equipment when additional protection against unstable mains voltage and excessive current is required.Current

Voltage and current displayOperating principle
The device is plugged directly into a power socket, and the protected appliance is connected to the protector’s Schuko socket. The protector continuously monitors mains voltage and load current. If the set limits are exceeded, the device automatically disconnects the power supply.
When voltage or current returns to a safe range, the protector can automatically restore power after the set recovery delay time. This helps reduce the risk of damaging sensitive household appliances due to unstable mains conditions.
Why is voltage and current protection useful?
It combines overvoltage, undervoltage and overcurrent protection in one device. In addition, the LED display shows current voltage and current values, making it easier to monitor the condition of the electrical network and the connected load.Technical parameters

- For household appliances – refrigerators, freezers, washing machines, dishwashers, microwave ovens and more.
- For lighting – LED lights, lamps and other indoor lighting equipment.
- For holiday decorations – string lights, decorative lighting and seasonal electrical equipment.
- For electronics – devices that require more stable voltage and protection against surges.
- For indoor electrical equipment – various 110V / 220V devices that require additional protection.
Practical use example
For example, a refrigerator or another household appliance is connected through this voltage and current protector. The device displays mains voltage and load current on the LED screen, and in case of overvoltage, undervoltage or excessive current, it automatically disconnects the power supply.
When the parameters return to a safe range, power is restored after the set delay. This helps protect the appliance from sudden voltage changes and too rapid restarting.
Use according to need
For household users: a simple way to protect one household appliance from voltage fluctuations and excessive current.
For households: suitable in places where the electrical network is unstable and voltage drops, overvoltages or power supply disturbances occur frequently.
For electricians: a convenient solution for individual appliance protection without complex installation in the electrical panel.
Pros
- Overvoltage protection – adjustable up to 300V or can be switched off.
- Undervoltage protection – adjustable according to the used network.
- Overcurrent protection – 1–16A limit can be set.
- Automatic recovery – power is restored after the set delay.
- Voltage and current display – key parameters are visible on the LED display.
- Calibration functions – voltage and current readings can be corrected.
- Socket with safety shutter – additional protection against accidental contact.
- Flame-retardant PC housing – strong and safer construction.
Cons / limitations
- Designed for indoor use – not recommended outdoors or in damp environments without additional protection.
- Limited load – the 16A limit must not be exceeded.
- Does not replace electrical panel protections – circuit breakers, RCD/RCBO and grounding are required according to the project.
- Suitable for individual appliance protection – not designed for protecting the whole house supply input.
- Parameters must be set correctly – incorrect limits may cause frequent disconnection or insufficient protection.
Safety and usage notes
This voltage and current protector is a plug-in device designed for protecting individual household appliances. It must be used according to the permitted current, voltage and environmental parameters.
- Do not exceed 16A load.
- Use only in a suitable 90–300VAC network.
- Do not use outdoors or in damp places without additional IP protection.
- Do not connect several high-power appliances through one protector.
- Before use, set suitable overvoltage, undervoltage and overcurrent limits.
- The device does not replace mandatory electrical installation protections.
- If the protector frequently disconnects power, it is recommended to check the condition of the electrical network or contact an electrician.
