  • Wireless Customer Queue Number Calling System | keypad + LED display | 001–999 | voice announcement

Wireless customer and visitor queue number calling system designed for restaurants, cafés, banks, hospitals, clinics, service centres and other locations where customers are served by queue number. The employee enters or calls the required number using the keypad, and the number is shown on the remote LED display together with a voice announcement.

    Main idea

The system allows an employee to call a specific customer or queue number wirelessly. The customer does not need to stand directly at the service point – the called number is displayed on a screen installed in the waiting area. The system operates without signal cables between the keypad and display, allowing quick installation and use.

    Operating principle

The customer receives or takes a queue number and waits for service. When it is their turn, the employee calls the corresponding number on the keypad. The wireless signal is transmitted to the display, which shows the number of the customer being called.

The number on the display allows the customer to see when it is their turn and which service point they should approach. The system also supports a voice announcement in English.

Why is a wireless queue calling system useful?

No signal cable is required between the employee keypad and the number display. The display can be installed in the waiting area, while the keypad can be kept at the service desk or checkout. The employee calls the number in one action, and the customer sees the information on the display.

    Service zone / counter number
