  • Axial wall fan | supply and exhaust airflow | D300 | 145 W | 2300 m³/h | 230 V | 430x430 mm | with flange | metal | black

D300 axial wall fan with a square 430×430 mm mounting plate (flange) and an external rotor motor. It delivers up to 2300 m³/h of airflow at 115 Pa and can be used for either air supply or exhaust, depending on the mounting direction.

    Key point:
A simple and reliable solution when heat, moisture or polluted air must be removed quickly from a warehouse, workshop, boiler room or technical room. The fan is mounted directly in the wall or ceiling on its plate, without a complex duct system.

We will help you set up speed and automatic control

We will advise how to adjust this fan's speed and how to switch or control it automatically according to room conditions – humidity, temperature or CO₂ concentration. We will select a suitable speed controller, thermostat, humidity or CO₂ sensor and explain how to connect them.

    Operating principle

The fan is fixed to a wall or ceiling through four Ø10 mm holes in the square plate (375 mm hole spacing) over a Ø330 mm opening. The external rotor motor is built directly into the impeller hub, so the design is compact – total depth is only 150 mm.

The five-blade axial impeller rotates at 2350 rpm and moves air along its axis. Depending on the mounting direction, the fan works as a supply or exhaust unit. Axial fans are intended for low-pressure systems and perform best directly through a wall or with a short duct.

    Why choose the D300 fan?
High airflow (2300 m³/h) at low electrical power (145 W) – efficient room ventilation and equipment cooling without an expensive ventilation system.

    Main functions

    • Supply or exhaust – one product for both modes – just choose the mounting direction.
    • External rotor motor – compact design and smooth impeller rotation.
    • Square plate with flange – quick fixing in a wall, ceiling or to a square duct.
    • Protective guard – prevents accidental contact with the impeller.
    • Polymer coating – resistant to moisture and environmental exposure.

    Where is it used?

    • Warehouses and logistics premises
    • Workshops, garages, car services
    • Boiler rooms and technical rooms
    • Farm buildings, barns, greenhouses
    • Cooling of compressors and condensing units
    • Commercial kitchens (general ventilation)
    • Heat removal from electrical and server rooms

    Use by need

    For farmers.
Removes moisture and heat from barns, storage buildings or greenhouses at low power.
    For workshop or garage owners.
Quickly clears dust, fumes and exhaust gases.
    For installers.
Simple installation through the plate in a wall, without ductwork.

    Practical application

If heat builds up in a 180 m³ warehouse in summer, a D300 fan installed as exhaust high on the wall removes up to 2300 m³ of air per hour – about 13 air changes per hour. With supply grilles installed lower on the opposite wall, the room is ventilated effectively.

    Pros

    • 2300 m³/h airflow at 145 W
    • Supply or exhaust mode
    • Compact – only 150 mm deep
    • Easy installation with square plate
    • Durable polymer coating
    • Protective guard included

    Cons / limitations

    • No built-in speed controller – external controller required
    • 61 dB(A) noise – not always suitable for living areas
    • Axial fan not suitable for long ducts with high resistance
    • Outdoor installation requires a rain hood or louvres

    Safety and installation notes

    • Disconnect power before installation and maintenance.
    • Protect the supply circuit with a circuit breaker.
    • Fix the plate to a solid base using all 4 bolts.
    • Check that the impeller rotates freely and does not touch anything.
    • Do not remove the guard in accessible locations.
    • When installed outdoors, protect the motor from direct rain.

    Quick selection guide

    D300
    2300 m³/h
    145 W | 230 V
    430×430 mm
    Suitable when you need:
    • to ventilate a warehouse, workshop or farm building
    • to cool compressors or condensing units
    • to install the fan directly in a wall
    Check before use:
    • whether a Ø330 mm opening can be made in the wall
    • that the supply voltage is 230 V
    • that the room has an air inlet
    • that the noise level is acceptable
Important reminder: the fan has no backdraft damper – when stopped, air may flow back; if this matters, install it with louvres or a backdraft shutter.

    FAQ

Can it be used for both supply and exhaust?
Yes, the direction depends on which side the fan is mounted.
    What size opening is needed?
