    Self-Adhesive Cable Holder – Flat, White, PA66, 16 × 15.4 mm

    Self-adhesive cable holder is designed for neat fastening of wires and cables to smooth surfaces. Its flat construction helps guide the cable in the required direction, reduces loose-hanging wires and allows installations to be organised more neatly in electrical panels, cabinets, devices, furniture and other technical structures.

    The holder is made of PA66 polyamide, also known as nylon 66. An adhesive base is provided on the bottom, so there is no need to drill mounting holes or use additional screws during installation. After removing the protective layer, the holder is pressed onto a clean, dry and smooth surface.

    The curved retaining section helps keep the cable inside the holder, while the compact 16 × 15.4 mm external dimensions allow the product to be used in installations with limited space.

    Installation without drilling:
    The adhesive base allows the holder to be mounted without screws, rivets or separate fastening elements. This is particularly convenient for installation on panel walls, plastic housings, furniture or other surfaces where drilling is impossible or undesirable.
    Important regarding adhesion:
    Adhesive strength depends on the surface material, cleanliness, smoothness, temperature, cable weight and mechanical load. The holder provides the best adhesion on a smooth, dry, degreased and dust-free surface.
    Not intended for high load-bearing applications:
    This holder is designed for organising and supporting cables, but should not be used as the primary fastening method for heavy cables, moving wire bundles or safety-critical components. Mechanical fastening should be used for higher loads.

    Flat Cable Retaining Construction

    The holder features a low-profile, flat construction, so when installed it protrudes only slightly from the mounting surface. The cable is inserted through the opening and held beneath the curved upper section of the holder.

    The side retaining tab helps reduce the risk of the cable accidentally slipping out of the holder. At the same time, the wire can be inserted without using an additional cable tie.

    Self-Adhesive Base

    Surface preparation:

    Installation Procedure

    1. Select the mounting location. Check that the surface is smooth and suitable for adhesive mounting.
    2. Check the cable dimensions. The cable must fit freely into the holder opening.
    3. Clean the surface. Remove dust, grease, moisture and other contaminants.
    4. Allow the surface to dry completely.
    5. Remove the protective film from the adhesive base. Do not touch the adhesive surface with your fingers.
    6. Position the holder accurately. Once attached, repositioning is not recommended.
    7. Press firmly. Apply even pressure to the holder against the surface for several seconds.
    8. Allow the adhesive layer to bond. Do not load the holder immediately after installation.
    9. Insert the cable.
