  • Differential pressure gauge | manometer 0-125Pa | IP67

    Code: ESLFB0125

A pressure measuring device (manometer) using a frictionless magnetic spiral movement mechanism and a rubber diaphragm-based sensing element. This gauge accurately displays positive, negative, or differential pressure using a mechanical pointer indicator.

Thanks to its innovative design, the gauge is resistant to shock, vibration, and overpressure, eliminating the need for liquid filling—avoiding issues related to gas evaporation, freezing, or unpleasant odor.

  • Technical Specifications

    Operating Temperature: -7°C to 60°C
Protection Class: IP67 (fully protected against dust and water splashes)
Pressure Types: Positive, negative, or differential pressure
Connections: 2 sets of pressure connectors (on the sides and back)
Mounting Options: 3 different mounting possibilities, allowing flexible adaptation in various environments
    Features and Properties

Magnetic Transmission Mechanism – Frictionless: Reduces wear and ensures longer service life and higher accuracy.
No Liquid Filling – No Evaporation or Freezing Risk: The pressure gauge does not require liquid, thus avoiding issues like evaporation, freezing, or unpleasant odors common in some other types of gauges.
High Resistance to Vibration and Shocks: Due to its mechanism and robust construction, the gauge maintains accurate readings and is unaffected by vibrations or shocks.
Highly Sensitive Pressure Membrane: The rubber membrane acts as a sensitive element, ensuring precise and rapid response to even minimal pressure changes.
Versatile Mounting: With two sets of connectors (side and rear) and three mounting options, the gauge can be easily adapted to various environments.
    Applications

The manometer is widely used in various industrial sectors:

Industrial Fans and Blowers: Measures fan or blower pressure to ensure optimal performance.
Filter Monitoring: Helps determine when filters are clogged, optimizing their replacement.
Gas Burners and Boilers Control: Regulates the air-gas mixture in burners for more efficient combustion.
HVAC Systems: Used in ventilation systems to measure airflow resistance in ducts.
Hydraulic Systems: Monitors hydraulic pressure in various systems.
Medical Devices: Can be used for respiratory and blood pressure measurements.
Aviation and Microelectronics: Suitable for precision industries requiring highly accurate pressure measurements.
Environmental Projects: Applied in bioengineering and eco-friendly buildings.
Food and Beverage Industry: Used for pressure measurement in production processes.
    Pros:

High Measurement Accuracy (±2% FS): Suitable for precise pressure control.
No Liquid Filling Required: Avoids issues like freezing, evaporation, or unpleasant odors.
Resistance to Vibration and Shocks: Accurate readings even in challenging conditions.
Ability to Measure Positive, Negative, and Differential Pressure: Versatile usage.
IP67 Protection Class: Resistant to dust and water splashes.
Flexible Mounting: 2 connector locations + 3 mounting options.
    Cons:

No Digital Display: Mechanical readings may be harder to read in certain environments.
Fixed Accuracy Level: Accuracy deviation increases at pressures below 60 Pa.
