    Operating principle

    The backward-curved blades draw air in through the inlet spigot and push it radially into the housing, from where it continues along the same axis into the duct. This design builds more pressure than an axial fan, so airflow drops less across filters, dampers and bends.

    The motor runs at approx. 2602 rpm with a rated current of 0.4 A. Speed can be adjusted smoothly with a thyristor (triac) or autotransformer controller, and operation can be automated with a timer, humidity or CO₂ sensor.
