Glamox Heating TPVD 08 – an 800 W electric convection radiator with a low-profile body only 350 mm high. The TPVD series features an IP24 protection rating and splash resistance, making this model suitable not only for conventional dry rooms but also for locations where an electric heating appliance with an appropriate protection rating is required.

The radiator is supplied without a thermostat. A compatible Glamox Heating DTV digital programmable thermostat must be selected and ordered separately. The thermostat installation position is on the right-hand side of the radiator.

TPVD 08 is wall-mounted and the mounting bracket is included. The radiator has a 1.20 m power cable with plug for connection to a socket, and provision is also made for connection to a fixed electrical installation. With optional feet, the radiator can also be installed on the floor.

The radiator is equipped with overheating protection – a thermal fuse, while the stated maximum temperature of touchable surfaces is 80 °C. A 5-year warranty is provided.

Glamox Heating TPVD 08 is an 800 W, 350 mm high convection radiator with dimensions of 350 × 813 × 84 mm. The model is intended for a higher heat demand than TPVD 04 or TPVD 06 while retaining the same low body height. It has an IP24 protection rating, splash resistance, overheating protection and the option to add a programmable DTV thermostat.

800 W rated power provides greater heating capacity than the 400 W and 600 W TPVD variants. The appropriate radiator output should be selected according to the heat losses of the specific room, building insulation, window area and intended usage mode.

Practical difference: TPVD 08 can be selected when a project requires not only an 800 W electric radiator but also an IP24 protection rating.

Important: IP24 does not mean that the radiator may be installed anywhere in a wet room. The specific installation zone, distances from water sources and electrical connection must comply with applicable electrical safety requirements.

Before ordering: the radiator is sold without a thermostat, so a compatible DTV thermostat intended for the TPVD series must also be specified.

Compared with TPVD 06, this model is wider, but its rated power increases from 600 W to 800 W while retaining the same 350 mm height and 84 mm depth.

The stated maximum temperature of touchable surfaces is 80 °C. This parameter should be considered when planning the installation location and access to the radiator during use.
