Compact sealed electrical installation distribution and junction box made of grey RAL 7035 ABS plastic. Designed to protect electrical wire connections, terminals, small electronic components and automation assemblies from environmental effects. The 100 × 100 × 80 mm enclosure provides IP67 protection against dust and water, IK07 mechanical resistance and an operating temperature range from −20 °C to +70 °C. The lid is sealed with a white silicone foam rubber gasket and secured with red glass-fibre-reinforced nylon screws. Mounting screws are included. Cable glands, terminals, DIN rail and mounting plate are not included.

Operating principle

The box is used as a protective enclosure for electrical installation connections and small electronic and automation components. The enclosure base and lid are made of ABS plastic. The internal space can be adapted to different mounting solutions depending on component dimensions, fixing possibilities and electrical installation requirements.

Cable entry locations are selected during installation. Required openings are made in the enclosure walls using suitable cable glands or other sealed entries. To maintain the enclosure's IP67 protection rating, the entries must be correctly selected and installed with proper sealing.

IP67 protection means complete protection against dust and resistance to temporary immersion in water according to IEC 60529 classification. IK07 mechanical resistance corresponds to 2 J impact energy according to IEC 62262. The enclosure is intended for operation at ambient temperatures from −20 °C to +70 °C.

The box is fixed to the selected surface using the provided mounting holes. Their centre-to-centre spacing is 97 × 97 mm, and the hole diameter is Ø 3.6 mm. The overall external dimensions including the mounting structure according to the drawing are 109 × 109 mm. This allows mounting points and box positioning to be planned in advance.

⚡ Before installation, connecting wires or opening the box, disconnect the electrical power supply and verify that no voltage is present.
Fix the box using the designated mounting points in the construction.
