    Operating principle

    The dehumidifier uses a fan to draw humid room air through the front air inlet and pre-filter. The air is directed across a cold heat exchanger, where moisture condenses into water.

    The resulting condensate can be collected in the integrated 10-litre tank or continuously discharged through a hose connected to the Ø14 mm drain connection. The dehumidified air is reheated and returned to the room through the side air outlet.

    As this process repeats, the relative humidity decreases, helping protect rooms, stored materials and equipment against condensation, mould and other problems caused by excess moisture.

    Air direction:
    Humid air is drawn in through the front air inlet, while dehumidified air is discharged through the side air outlet. Sufficient free space must be left around both openings for air circulation.

    Automatic humidity control

    The integrated temperature and humidity sensor monitors room conditions, while the microprocessor controller regulates dehumidifier operation according to the selected target humidity level.

    The liquid-crystal display shows the current relative humidity. The supplied information specifies a humidity display range of 30–90% RH .

    The user can select the desired humidity level, and the dehumidifier switches on or off automatically to maintain the set conditions. The control board retains the settings in the event of a power failure.

    Main control functions:
    • display of the current relative humidity;
    • setting of the desired humidity level;
    • automatic operating control;
    • retention of settings after a power failure;
    • sensor fault indication;
    • full water tank warning and automatic shut-off.

    Automatic defrosting

    At lower ambient temperatures, frost or ice may form on the cold heat exchanger. The microprocessor controller monitors operating conditions and activates the automatic defrost mode when required.

    The defrost function helps protect the heat exchanger and maintain more stable dehumidifier operation at lower temperatures. The stated operating range of the unit is from +5 to +38 °C.

    Operation at low temperatures:
    Automatic defrosting allows the unit to be used in cooler rooms, but at temperatures close to +5 °C the dehumidification capacity will be significantly lower than at 30 °C.

    Two condensate drainage methods

    Collection in the water tank

    • integrated tank capacity – 10 l;
    • no permanent drain pipe is required;
    • suitable for temporary or mobile use;
    • a warning is activated when the tank is full;
    • the dehumidifier stops automatically to prevent water from overflowing.

    Continuous drainage

    • uses a Ø14 mm drain connection;
    • condensate is discharged through the connected hose;
    • the water tank does not need to be emptied regularly;
    • suitable for long-term and continuous operation;
    • the hose must run downwards without kinks or blockages.
    Drainage note:
    If condensate is removed through a gravity-drain hose, its outlet point must be below the dehumidifier's drain connection. The hose must not form loops in which water could collect.

    High airflow of 850 m³/h

    The centrifugal fan generates an airflow of up to 850 m³/h . The high air volume helps circulate humid air through the dehumidifier's heat exchanger more quickly and distribute the dehumidified air more evenly throughout the room.

    The supplied information states that the fan design is intended to reduce air resistance and noise while ensuring a long service life.

    For best results, the unit should be positioned in an open area without obstructing the front air inlet or side outlet.

    Compressor and heat exchanger

    The moisture-condensation system consists of a compressor, heat exchanger, fan and refrigerant circuit. The supplied information specifies a low-noise reciprocating compressor designed for stable and reliable operation.

    A compact heat exchanger with an internally threaded copper tube and aluminium fins is used. This design is intended to increase the heat-transfer surface and condense moisture from the air more efficiently.

    The refrigeration system uses R410A refrigerant. The refrigerant circuit may only be inspected, repaired or recharged by a suitably qualified specialist.

    Refrigeration system safety:
    Do not dismantle the compressor or refrigerant circuit. If the system is damaged, refrigerant may leak, and incorrect repairs may damage the unit or create a hazard.

    Durable metal housing

    The housing is made of reinforced sheet metal. Its surface has a spray-applied anti-corrosion coating designed to protect the metal against oxidation and the effects of everyday use.

    The robust cabinet-style construction is suitable for commercial and industrial use. Castors fitted underneath allow the 35 kg dehumidifier to be moved, while castor locks help keep it stable in the selected position.

    Transport note:
    After the compressor dehumidifier has been transported or laid on its side, place it upright and wait for the period specified in the instructions before switching it on, allowing the compressor oil to stabilise.

    Pre-filter

    The pre-filter installed at the air inlet helps capture larger airborne dust particles and protects the heat exchanger and internal components against rapid contamination.

    The filter should be inspected and cleaned regularly. A blocked filter reduces airflow and dehumidifier efficiency and may increase the load on the compressor and fan.

    Filter maintenance:
    • switch off the dehumidifier before removing the filter;
    • remove dust using a vacuum cleaner or soft brush;
    • if the filter is washed, allow it to dry completely before reinstalling it;
    • do not use aggressive solvents;
    • do not operate the dehumidifier without the filter installed correctly.
