    Large-diameter (Ø4 m) low-speed ceiling fan for high, large spaces: the 0.54 kW motor moves up to 178 000 m³/h of air.

    Designed and made in Italy, the Coolibrì SPINBOY II PLUS combines a IE5 permanent-magnet synchronous motor, aluminium alloy EN AW-6061-T6 blades and a galvanized steel hub with built-in fall arrest – efficient ventilation and cooling for production halls, warehouses and farms.

    Operating principle

    Long aerofoil blades rotating slowly push a large column of air downwards. On reaching the floor the air spreads sideways, creating even air movement throughout the zone without draughts – people and animals feel a cooling effect, and in the heating season warm air is returned from the ceiling to the working zone.

    Direct drive without a gearbox and an on-board controller reduce noise and maintenance; speed is set by a 0–10 V signal. Average air velocity is approx. 3.6 m/s.
