  • Industrial Ultrasonic Air Humidifier | 300W | 230V | 3kg/h | 680x320x470mm | White

    Code: ES-MCH-03

    Mobile industrial ultrasonic air humidifier is designed to increase relative air humidity in greenhouses, mushroom-growing rooms, printing facilities, warehouses, production areas and other larger indoor spaces. The high-frequency ultrasonic atomiser breaks water into fine droplets smaller than 5 μm and produces a cool mist.

    The humidification capacity reaches 3 kg of water per hour. The integrated digital control system, LCD display and humidity sensor allow ambient conditions to be monitored, the desired humidity level to be set and either automatic or manual operating mode to be selected.

    The unit is powered from a 230 V AC, 50 Hz mains supply and has a power consumption of 300 W. Mist is discharged through one Ø110 mm connection, to which a suitable mist-distribution duct can be connected.

    Ultrasonic humidification principle

    The unit uses a high-frequency ultrasonic atomiser. Vibrations on the water surface create very fine droplets, which are discharged into the room together with the airflow as a cool mist.

    The particle size is less than 5 μm. Fine droplets disperse more easily through the air and, under suitable room conditions, evaporate without leaving large water droplets on surrounding surfaces.

    Ultrasonic humidification does not heat the water, so the discharged mist is cool. The unit is not designed to heat the room or generate high-temperature steam.

    Distribution of fine droplets:
    Although droplets smaller than 5 μm help distribute moisture more evenly, the final result depends on room air circulation, ventilation, temperature, mist outlet location and the layout of the ducting used.

    Humidification capacity of 3 kg/h

    The maximum stated humidification capacity is 3 kg of water per hour. Since 1 kg of water is approximately equal to 1 litre, this means that at maximum output the unit can atomise up to approximately 3 litres of water per hour.

    The actual amount of moisture entering and evaporating into the room air depends on temperature, initial relative humidity, ventilation, airflow and control settings.

    Excessive humidification may cause condensation on walls, ceilings, pipes, plants or equipment, so the humidity level must be set according to the requirements of the specific process and room.

    Automatic and manual control

    The humidifier can operate in automatic or manual mode. In automatic mode, the integrated humidity sensor monitors the ambient relative humidity, while the controller regulates humidification according to the value set by the user.

    When the relative humidity is below the set value, the unit begins producing mist. Once the selected level is reached, humidification stops or is reduced according to the control algorithm.

    Manual mode allows humidification to be switched on directly, independently of automatic humidity maintenance. This mode can be used during start-up, testing or short-term intensive humidification.

    Control functions:
    • automatic humidity maintenance;
    • manual humidification mode;
    • setting the desired humidity level;
    • displaying the current humidity;
    • timer setting function;
    • LCD display and control buttons.

    High-accuracy humidity sensor

    The integrated humidity sensor is designed to measure ambient relative humidity and control the automatic humidification process. The stated sensor accuracy is ±3% RH.

    Sensor readings may be affected by the mist flow, direct exposure to water, condensation, air temperature and an unsuitable installation location. The humidity sensor should not be installed directly in the mist outlet zone.

    Sensor reading note:
    Where particularly accurate and documented humidity control is required, an additional calibrated independent hygrometer is recommended.

    One Ø110 mm mist outlet

    The humidifier has one Ø110 mm mist outlet connection. A pipe or duct of a suitable diameter can be connected to it to direct the mist towards the required area of the room.

    Ducting can be used to distribute the mist higher above plants, into a process area or farther away from the unit itself. The duct should be as short as possible, without unnecessary bends or places where condensate could collect.

    Duct installation note:
    A long, narrow duct or one with many bends may reduce mist flow. Condensate formed inside the duct must be drained safely so that it cannot flow back into the electrical parts of the unit.

    Mobile housing with castors

    The humidifier has universal castors, allowing it to be moved between different areas of the room. The front castors are fitted with brakes, enabling the unit to be secured in the selected position.

    Before moving the unit, it is recommended to switch it off, disconnect it from the mains and check that water cannot spill. The unit must be used on a level and stable surface.

    Water quality and hygiene

    An ultrasonic humidifier can release minerals, impurities and microorganisms contained in the water into the air together with the water droplets. It is therefore very important to use clean water and clean the water system regularly.

    When hard water is used, white mineral dust may form on surrounding surfaces and limescale may accumulate on the ultrasonic elements. This may reduce humidification capacity and shorten the service life of the unit.

    Water quality recommendation:
    Use clean, filtered or demineralised water. Do not use contaminated, salty, chemically aggressive or biologically unsafe water.

    Usage and safety notes

    • Use only with a 230 V AC, 50 Hz mains supply.
    • The unit must be connected to an earthed socket.
    • Protect the control and electrical parts against direct exposure to water.
    • Do not use contaminated water or water with an unsuitable chemical composition.
    • Do not direct mist straight at electrical equipment, walls or ceilings.
    • Do not allow condensation to form in the room.
    • Do not obstruct the mist outlet.
    • Do not use a duct that is too narrow or blocked.
    • Disconnect the unit from the mains before cleaning.
    • Do not dismantle the ultrasonic generator or control electronics.
    • Repairs must be carried out by a qualified specialist.

    Maintenance

    • Replace or top up the water regularlyand do not allow it to stand for long periods.
    • Clean the water tank and pipeworkto prevent deposits from accumulating.
    • Remove limescale from the ultrasonic elements in accordance with the operating instructions.
    • Check the Ø110 mm mist outlet and duct – they must not be blocked.
    • Clean the humidity sensorwhile protecting it against mechanical damage.
    • Clean the housing with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
    • Do not use petrol, acetone or aggressive solvents.
    • If the unit will not be used for a long period, empty, clean and dry it completely.
