Glamox Heating SLX2 – a thermostat actuator module designed for installation in Glamox Heating TPA and TLO electric radiators. It is used when the radiator must be controlled not by a thermostat located on the radiator itself, but by a separately installed external room thermostat.

SLX2 operates as an intermediate actuator module between the electric radiator and the external thermostat. The radiator is connected to an electrical circuit that is switched on and off by the external room thermostat according to its set temperature.

This solution allows the room thermostat to be installed in a more convenient location and separates temperature control from the radiator itself. SLX2 operates at 230 V, has an IP20 protection rating and is supplied with a 5-year warranty.

SLX2 is not a conventional thermostat that sets the temperature directly on the radiator. It works as an actuator module, allowing a Glamox Heating TPA/TLO radiator to be controlled by a separate room thermostat. Temperature settings are made on the external thermostat, while SLX2 transfers its control logic to the radiator.

Control logic: the temperature is set on the external room thermostat, while SLX2 is used as an intermediate actuator module in the Glamox Heating TPA/TLO radiator.

Because the temperature is adjusted not on the radiator itself but on a separate room thermostat, it can be installed in a location where temperature settings cannot easily or accidentally be changed by unauthorized persons.

Important: SLX2 is not a separate wall-mounted temperature sensor and is not an independent room thermostat. A separate external thermostat is required for primary temperature control.
