ADAX VPS1004 BT – a compact 400 W electric convection radiator with an electronic / Bluetooth programmable thermostat. VPS10 series radiators are designed for bathrooms, laundry rooms and other spaces where IP24 protection, double insulation and a reduced temperature of touchable surfaces are required.

This BT version is supplied with a cable without a plug and is intended for connection to a fixed electrical installation. Maximum temperature of touchable surfaces – 60 °C, temperature adjustment range – 5–35 °C.

ADAX VPS1004 BT is intended for applications requiring a compact 400 W electric radiator for fixed electrical installation. Model dimensions – 325 × 388 × 105–130 mm, IP24 protection rating, maximum touchable surface temperature 60 °C, while the thermostat can operate both manually and with Bluetooth programmable functions.

Default setting: when the radiator is switched on, the temperature is set to 22 °C. The desired temperature can be selected with the control knob from 5 to 35 °C.

Touchable surfaces of VPS10 series radiators do not heat above 60 °C. This is practical in bathrooms, laundry rooms, children's rooms and other spaces where a reduced radiator surface temperature is preferred.

VPS1004 BT does not have a plug. The radiator is supplied with a cable intended for connection to a fixed electrical installation. This is the main difference compared with the VPS1004 KBT version, which is supplied with a cable and plug for connection to a socket.

The main function of the app is management of the radiator operating schedules.

The radiator temperature cannot be controlled directly in the app. Temperature is set with the radiator control knob. To synchronize schedules and functions, the mobile device must be within Bluetooth range.

1. Download the ADAX WiFi app from the Apple or Google app store.
2. In the app, select “+Add device”.
3. Press “Next”.
4. Select “Eco BT Bluetooth only heater”.
5. Turn the temperature control knob between the minimum and maximum positions until the indicator starts flashing.
6. A flashing indicator means the radiator is ready to connect.
7. Once the radiator is detected, follow the instructions shown in the app.

• Standby mode – indicators remain off until the ambient temperature drops.
• Heating – the indicator lights while the radiator is actively heating.
• Ready to connect – a flashing indicator shows pairing mode.
• Child protection – the indication shows that the lock is active.
• Factory reset – the corresponding indication shows the reset process.

In the event of a power failure, the radiator maintains operation of its internal clock for up to 24 hours. If the power interruption lasts longer than 24 hours, the thermostat returns to the last used temperature.

Adaptive start is used through the app. The radiator calculates when heating should begin so that the desired room temperature is reached at the time selected by the user.

The open-window function detects a rapid temperature drop. When an open window is detected, normal heating is switched off automatically and the radiator enters 7 °C frost-protection mode. When the temperature starts rising again, the previous mode is restored.

Thermostat controls can be protected against unauthorized use by children or other persons. The function is managed in the ADAX app.

To restore factory settings, turn the temperature control knob between the minimum and maximum positions until the factory reset indicator starts flashing.

1. The radiator is mounted on the wall using the bracket supplied.
2. Leave at least 120 mm above the radiator.
3. Leave at least 50 mm below the radiator.
4. The thermostat is located on the right-hand side of the radiator.
5. The radiator is supplied with a cable without a plug and is connected to a fixed electrical installation.
6. Applicable electrical safety requirements must be observed in bathrooms and other humid rooms.
7. Connection must be carried out by a qualified electrician.

• Power must be selected according to the heat loss of the specific room.
• Touchable surface temperature is limited to 60 °C.
• The model is not intended for direct connection to a socket with a plug.
