    ADAX VPS1008 KBT – a white 800 W electric convector heater with an electronic / Bluetooth programmable thermostat, designed for bathrooms, laundry rooms, and other damp environments.     ADAX VPS1008 KBT – an 800 W electric convection radiator with an electronic / Bluetooth programmable thermostat. The VPS10 series is designed for bathrooms, laundry rooms and other spaces where IP24 protection and a reduced temperature of touchable surfaces are required.

    The model has double insulation, overheating protection, and its touchable surfaces do not heat above 60 °C. Temperature adjustment range – 5–35 °C.

    Operating principle

    ADAX VPS1008 KBT uses natural convection. Cooler air enters the lower part of the radiator, is heated by the electric heating element and naturally rises upwards. No fan is required.

    The electronic thermostat automatically regulates the heating element according to the selected temperature.

    Default setting: 22 °C. Temperature can be adjusted within the 5–35 °C range.

    Limited surface temperature – up to 60 °C

    Touchable radiator surfaces do not heat above 60 °C. This is relevant for bathrooms, laundry rooms, children's rooms and other spaces where limiting the surface temperature of the heating appliance is important.

    Electronic / Bluetooth programmable thermostat

    When the thermostat is not programmed, the radiator maintains the constant temperature selected with the control knob like a standard electronic thermostat. Bluetooth is intended for schedules and additional functions.

    Important information about the ADAX app

    The main function of the app is management of operating schedules.

    Temperature cannot be controlled directly in the app. Temperature is set with the control knob. Synchronization requires being within Bluetooth range.

    Connection to the ADAX WiFi app

    1. Download the ADAX WiFi app.
    2. Select “+Add device”.
    3. Press “Next”.
    4. Select “Eco BT Bluetooth only heater”.
    5. Turn the control knob between the minimum and maximum positions until the indicator starts flashing.
    6. Flashing means that the radiator is ready to connect.
    7. Complete pairing according to the app instructions.

    LED indicators

    • Standby mode – indicators are off.
    • Heating – active heating indication.
    • Ready to connect – flashing indication.
    • Child lock activated.
    • Factory reset activated.

    24-hour protection during a power failure

    The radiator maintains operation of its internal clock for up to 24 hours. In the event of a longer power interruption, the thermostat returns to the last used temperature.

    Adaptive start

    The radiator can calculate when to start heating so that the desired room temperature is reached at the set time.

    Open-window detection

    When a rapid temperature drop is detected, the radiator switches off normal heating and enters 7 °C frost-protection mode. When the temperature starts rising again, the previous mode is restored.

    Protection against children or unauthorized use

    The function protects thermostat controls against unauthorized use by children or other persons. It is managed in the ADAX app.

    Factory reset

    Turn the temperature control knob between the minimum and maximum positions until the factory reset indicator starts flashing.

    Installation and safety in humid rooms

    1. The radiator is installed using the wall bracket supplied.
    2. Leave at least 120 mm above the radiator.
    3. Leave at least 50 mm below the radiator.
    4. The thermostat and cable are located on the right-hand side.
    5. Applicable electrical safety zones must be observed in bathrooms and other humid rooms.
    6. Electrical installation in a humid room must be carried out by a qualified electrician.
