    ADAX ECO12 KBT – a 1200 W electric convection radiator with an electronic / Bluetooth programmable thermostat. The model is designed for residential, commercial and other premises where reliable electric heating, precise electronic temperature control and programmable operating modes are required.

    Without using the app, the radiator operates as a standard electronically controlled heater and maintains the temperature selected with the control knob. Temperature adjustment range – 5–35 °C. Bluetooth connection allows operating schedules and additional functions to be programmed.

    Operating principle

    ADAX ECO12 KBT heats the room using natural convection. Cooler air enters the lower part of the radiator, is heated by the electric heating element and naturally rises upwards. No fan is required.

    The electronic thermostat regulates the heating element according to the selected temperature. When the room temperature drops, the radiator starts heating, and when the selected value is reached, it switches to standby mode.

    Default setting: 22 °C. Temperature adjustment range – 5–35 °C.

    Electronic / Bluetooth programmable thermostat

    The electronic thermostat also works without the mobile app. In this case, the radiator maintains the manually selected temperature. Bluetooth connection is used for programmable schedules and additional functions.

    Important information about the ADAX app

    The main function of the app is management of operating schedules.

    Temperature cannot be changed directly in the app. Temperature is set using the radiator control knob. To synchronize schedules and functions, the mobile device must be within Bluetooth range.

    Connection to the ADAX WiFi app

    1. Download the ADAX WiFi app.
    2. Select “+Add device”.
    3. Press “Next”.
    4. Select “Eco BT Bluetooth only heater”.
    5. Turn the control knob between the minimum and maximum positions until the indicator starts flashing.
    6. A flashing indicator means that the radiator is ready to connect.
    7. Complete the pairing process according to the instructions shown in the app.

    LED indicators

    • Standby mode – indicators are off.
    • Heating – active heating indication.
    • Ready to connect – flashing indication.
    • Child protection – activated lock indication.
    • Factory reset – RESET indication.

    24-hour protection during a power failure

    In the event of a power failure, the radiator maintains operation of its internal clock for up to 24 hours. If the interruption lasts longer, the thermostat returns to the last used temperature.

    Adaptive start

    The adaptive start function allows the radiator to calculate when heating should begin so that the desired room temperature is reached at the set time.

    Open-window detection

    When a sudden temperature drop is detected, the radiator stops normal heating and switches to 7 °C frost-protection mode. When the room temperature starts rising again, the previous programme or constant-temperature mode is restored.

    Protection against children or unauthorized use

    Thermostat control can be protected against unauthorized use by children or other persons. The function is enabled or disabled in the app.

    Factory reset

    To restore factory settings, turn the temperature control knob between the minimum and maximum positions until the factory reset indicator starts flashing.
