ADAX VP12 H15 KBT White is a 1500 W electric convector radiator with an electronic / Bluetooth programmable thermostat. The model is designed for residential, commercial and other premises where simple manual temperature control and the possibility to programme a heating schedule using a mobile device are required.

Without programming the thermostat, the radiator operates as a standard electronic thermostat and maintains a constant manually selected temperature. The temperature adjustment range is 5–35 °C, with a default temperature of 22 °C.

Operating principle

The radiator operates on the principle of natural convection. Room air is heated inside the radiator and naturally rises upwards, distributing heat without a fan.

The electronic thermostat controls heating according to the temperature selected with the control knob. Once the set temperature is reached, the radiator enters standby mode, and when the temperature drops, it starts heating again.

Default setting: 22 °C. Manual adjustment range – 5–35 °C.

Bluetooth programmable control

The radiator connects directly to a mobile phone or tablet via Bluetooth. The app is used to synchronise operating schedules and additional functions.

Important: according to the supplied thermostat instructions, the ADAX app does not allow direct control of the radiator temperature. The temperature is set using the control knob on the radiator.

Connecting to the ADAX WiFi app

Download the ADAX WiFi app from the Apple or Google app store.
Select “+Add device”.
Press “Next”.
Select “Eco BT Bluetooth only heater”.
Turn the temperature control knob between the minimum and maximum positions until the indicator starts flashing.
Flashing indicates that the radiator is ready for pairing.
Complete the configuration according to the instructions in the app.

24-hour protection during power failure

If the power supply is interrupted, the radiator maintains the operation of the internal clock for up to 24 hours. If the interruption lasts longer than 24 hours, the thermostat returns to the last used temperature.

Adaptive start

This function, activated in the app, allows the radiator to calculate when heating should begin so that the desired temperature is reached at the set time.

Open-window detection

When a rapid drop in temperature is detected, the radiator stops normal heating and switches to frost-protection mode, maintaining 7 °C. After the window is closed and the temperature rises, the previous programme or constant-temperature mode is restored.

Child protection

The function protecting against unauthorised operation by children or other persons is activated or disabled in the app.

Factory reset

Turn the radiator control knob between the minimum and maximum positions until the factory-reset indicator starts flashing.
