ADAX ECO04 KBT is a compact 400 W electric convector radiator with an electronic / Bluetooth programmable thermostat. ADAX ECO KBT series radiators are designed as simple, stylish and economical electric heating appliances for residential, commercial and other premises.

When the app is not used, the radiator operates as a standard heater controlled by an electronic thermostat and continuously maintains the manually selected temperature. The temperature adjustment range is 5–35 °C. Via Bluetooth, the radiator can be paired with a smartphone or tablet to programme operating schedules and use additional functions.

ADAX ECO04 KBT is a compact 400 W electric radiator measuring 330 × 470 × 97 mm. It is intended for users who value simple manual temperature control, the accuracy of an electronic thermostat and the ability to programme daily or weekly heating schedules via Bluetooth.

Default setting: when the radiator is switched on, the temperature is set to 22 °C. The temperature knob can be used to select the desired temperature from 5 to 35 °C.

The main function of the radiator app is operating schedule management.

The radiator temperature cannot be changed directly in the app. The temperature is set using the control knob on the radiator. To synchronise schedules and additional functions, you must be within Bluetooth range.

1. Download the ADAX WiFi app from the Apple or Google app store.
2. In the app, select „+Add device“.
3. Press „Next“.
4. Select device type „Eco BT Bluetooth only heater“.
5. Turn the temperature knob between the minimum and maximum positions until the indicator starts flashing.
6. A flashing indicator means the radiator is ready for pairing.
7. Once the radiator is detected, follow the instructions shown in the app.

• Standby – the indicators remain off until the room temperature drops.
• Heating – the indicator remains lit while the radiator is actively heating the room.
• Ready to connect – a flashing indicator means the radiator is ready to pair with the app.
• Child lock – the indicator shows that the lock is active.
• Factory reset – the relevant indication shows the RESET process.

In the event of a power failure, the radiator maintains the operation of the internal clock for up to 24 hours. If the power interruption lasts longer than 24 hours, the thermostat returns to the last used temperature.

Adaptive start is used through the app. The function helps reach the desired room temperature at the programmed time. The radiator calculates when heating should begin. For example, if the room should be at 22 °C at 09:00, the radiator starts heating earlier so that the required temperature is reached on time.

The open-window function detects a rapid temperature change over a short period. If the radiator detects a sudden temperature drop, normal heating is automatically switched off and frost-protection mode maintaining 7 °C is activated. Once the window is closed and the room temperature begins to rise again, the radiator automatically returns to the previous programme or constant-temperature mode.

The thermostat can be protected against use by children or other unauthorised persons. This function is enabled or disabled in the ADAX WiFi app.

To restore factory settings, turn the temperature knob between its minimum and maximum positions until the factory-reset indicator starts flashing.

1. The radiator is wall-mounted using the removable bracket supplied in the set.
2. Leave at least 150 mm of free space above the radiator.
3. Leave at least 50 mm below the radiator.
4. The thermostat and power cable are located on the right side of the radiator.
5. The radiator can be placed on the floor using separately purchased feet.
6. In humid rooms, the installation location must comply with applicable electrical safety requirements.

• Radiator power should be selected according to the heat loss and design heating requirement of the particular room.
• Bluetooth-programmed functions must be synchronised within Bluetooth range.
• The temperature cannot be changed directly in the app.
• The maximum temperature of touchable surfaces can reach 75 °C.
• IP24 protection does not override electrical safety zones and installation requirements for humid rooms.
• The radiator must not be covered in a way that restricts natural air circulation.
