SONOFF T2EU2C-TX is a 2-gang Wi-Fi touch wall switch with a tempered glass panel. It replaces a standard switch and lets you control two lighting groups by touch, with the eWeLink app, by voice or by schedule.

This is a solution for those who want smart lighting without an extra hub: the switch connects directly to the home Wi-Fi network and both channels are controlled separately.

How it works

The switch is installed in place of a standard wall switch in a standard box. It needs a live (L) and a neutral (N) wire, and two outputs control two separate lighting groups.

Once connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, the switch is controlled with the eWeLink app, by voice via Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant, with timers and scenes. LAN mode, power-on state recovery after a power cut and inching mode are supported.

According to the manufacturer, T2 series switches can also be controlled with an RF 433 MHz remote (sold separately).

Practical use

A living room has a chandelier and an LED strip. T2EU2C-TX replaces the standard 2-gang switch: one channel controls the chandelier, the other the LED strip, and in the evening a Movie scene switches off the chandelier and leaves only the strip on.

Are the channels controlled separately?
Yes, each of the two channels is switched on and off separately – by button, app or voice.

What load can be connected?
The manufacturer specifies max. 2 A / 480 W. This suits lighting, but not heaters or other high-power appliances.

Will it work if the internet goes down?
