    Schneider Electric Sedna Design SDD111105 is a white flush-mounted 2-gang switch for lighting control in residential and commercial premises. Two rockers control two lighting circuits independently – for example two lamp groups of a chandelier, or a light and an extractor fan.

    How it works

    The mechanism with fixing frame is installed in a standard flush box and secured with claws or screws.

    The phase (L) goes to the common terminal and the two circuit wires to the two output terminals. Each rocker opens or closes its own circuit independently.

    Result: a neat, firmly fixed switch, ready for the Sedna Design cover frame of your choice.

    Practical use

    If a chandelier has two lamp groups, run a four-core cable (two switched phases, N and PE) to the luminaire – one rocker switches part of the lamps, the other the rest. Close the switch with an SDD311801 frame or combine it in a multi-gang frame.
