ES-760102 is a reinforced metal electrical distribution enclosure for 10 modules of DIN equipment, mounted by surface (wall) mounting. The enclosure is designed for mounting modular circuit breakers, MCCB protective devices, earth and neutral busbars in industrial, commercial and residential electrical installations, as well as outdoors. The 1.0 mm thick steel body with stiffening ribs and IP65-rated sealing keeps the equipment dry and protected even against splashing water and dust.

In outdoor enclosures or damp technical rooms, a plastic enclosure sooner or later lets moisture through the door gap or a cable entry, and its walls are not rigid enough for the long-term weight of DIN devices. ES-760102 addresses both issues at once: the metal, rib-reinforced construction withstands mechanical impact (IK08), while a cast PU door gasket together with sealed cable-entry plates with no exposed screws ensures IP65 even after hundreds of opening cycles. This makes it possible to design a single enclosure for both an industrial line and an outdoor electrical point, without switching between a plastic and a metal solution.

Next to a rooftop solar inverter, an ES-760102 is installed with 6 modular circuit breakers on the AC side and one RCD – about 8 of the 10 module widths used in total, leaving room for expansion. Cables are routed through the bottom sealed plate, the door opens to 120° for servicing, and the PU gasket and IP65 rating allow the enclosure to be mounted directly on an outdoor wall without an additional protective cover.
