Radio remote for hydraulic machinery: 4 levers, 24 V DC, IP67
ES-YLB24 is a belly-type wireless remote for hydraulic machinery: loaders, manipulators and hydraulic cranes. The transmitter sends lever commands by radio to the receiver, and the receiver outputs energise the directional valve coils (solenoids). The receiver is powered from the 24 V DC on-board supply.
Key point:
The operator stands where the load is best seen, not next to the machine levers. Four levers match four hydraulic functions, and the belly housing with handles allows two-handed operation over a long shift.Levers

IP67How it works
Mount the receiver on the machine close to the directional valve and power it from the 24 V DC on-board supply through a separate fuse. Connect the receiver outputs to the valve coils – each lever direction drives its own coil.
The emergency STOP must cut power to the valve coils or the pump drive so the hydraulics receive no commands. On loss of radio link the outputs must switch off, the valve spools return to neutral and motion stops – test this before the first job.
The operator controls the manipulator or crane from a safe spot up to 500 m away in open space, sees the remote status on the LCD and is no longer tied to the levers on the machine.
Why choose ES-YLB24?
It lets you operate a hydraulic machine remotely without cables across the cab or platform. The 24 V DC supply connects straight to the on-board system, no converter needed.Technical specifications
Product type Wireless remote control for hydraulic machinery Model ES-YLB24 Transmitter type Belly type, with handles Controls 4 levers Display LCD Power supply 24 V DC (on-board voltage) Operating range up to ~500 m in open space Protection class IP67 Main functions
- 4 levers – four hydraulic functions, e.g. boom lift, slew, telescope and grab
- Belly housing with handles – two-handed operation without tiring
- LCD display – remote status in the operator's view
- 24 V DC supply – connects directly to the machine's on-board system
- Up to 500 m – control from where the load is best seen
- IP67 – dust-tight and protected against temporary immersion
How does it differ from similar models?
- ES-YLB12 – same design, but for a 12 V DC on-board system
- ES-D1 – 4-lever remote, up to 500 m – for cranes with contactor control
- ES-ECD-Q5000 – 2 joysticks + 4 buttons, up to 225 m, IP65 – for cranes with proportional control
Where is it used?
- Truck-mounted hydraulic loader cranes
- Loaders and handling machines with a hydraulic directional valve
- Timber and scrap handling manipulators
- Mobile hydraulic machinery with a 24 V DC on-board system
- Retrofitting older machines – adding radio control to lever operation
Use by need
For electricians
the receiver connects to the on-board supply and valve coils, no extra power source neededFor manufacturers
one person handles the load while seeing it up closeFor construction / warehouse yards
the IP67 housing works outdoors in rain and dustPractical use
If the operator of a truck-mounted crane currently works standing at the side levers, then with ES-YLB24 he can stand facing the load. The receiver connects to the 24 V DC on-board supply and the valve coils, and the emergency STOP cuts valve power.Pros
- 4 levers for hydraulic functions
- Belly housing with handles
- LCD display
- Operating range up to 500 m
- IP67 protection
Cons / limitations
- For 24 V DC on-board systems only – for a 12 V DC machine choose ES-YLB12
- Receiver outputs must be matched to the specific valve (coil voltage, current, control type)
- For electric cranes with contactor control, ES-D1 or EL-F24-60 fit better
- A belly remote is larger than a handheld one – it is worn on a strap
Safety and installation notes
- Receiver outputs drive the valve coils; if the coil current exceeds the output rating, use an interposing relay.
- Receiver supply – 24 V DC through a separate fuse; coils must have the same voltage.
- The emergency STOP cuts valve coil power or the pump drive; on loss of link motion must stop.
- Use a spring-centred directional valve and keep the hydraulic system's relief and safety valves in place.
- If DC coils have no built-in suppression diodes, fit them to protect the receiver outputs.
- Before servicing switch off on-board power, stop the pump and release system pressure.
Quick selection guide
4 levers24 V DCup to 500 mIP67Check before ordering:
- Machine on-board voltage: 24 V DC – ES-YLB24, 12 V DC – ES-YLB12.
- Valve coil type (ON/OFF or proportional), voltage and current – send us the valve block data and we will match the outputs.
- Make sure the remote's radio frequency is permitted in your country.
FAQ
What is the difference between ES-YLB24 and ES-YLB12?
Only the supply voltage: ES-YLB24 – 24 V DC, ES-YLB12 – 12 V DC. Choose by the machine's on-board system.Is it suitable for proportional valves?
Match the output type to the valve block before ordering. Send us the valve model or coil data and we will advise. What happens on loss of radio link?
The receiver outputs must switch off, the spools return to neutral and motion stops. Test this during commissioning. What is the operating range?
Up to ~500 m in open space. Among steel structures and buildings the range is shorter. Can the pump motor be connected directly to the receiver?
No. Switch the pump drive via a relay or contactor; the receiver outputs are for the control circuit and coils. Is it suitable for outdoor use?
Yes, IP67 allows work in rain and dust. Mount the receiver antenna in the open, not behind metal panels.ES-YLB24 – radio control for hydraulic machinery
Belly remote with 4 levers and LCD display, 24 V DC, up to 500 m, IP67. Match the outputs to your directional valve before ordering.
