    Operating principle

    The impeller throws air at high speed into the scroll housing, so the blower builds several times more pressure than a standard duct fan. This allows air to be blown through narrow ducts, filters or combustion chambers.

    The motor runs at 2800–2900 rpm. Speed can be adjusted with a frequency inverter; at 60 Hz airflow and pressure rise to 22 m³/min and 2.1 kPa.
