Modular | Digital | Multifunctional Overvoltage, Phase Sequence and Phase Imbalance Relay | 3-Phase to 1-Phase | 63A | 230V | DIN Rail | TOMZN
Code: ELATOVPD3-63VAAn automatic phase switching relay that protects your electrical equipment from disturbances in the power grid. It automatically selects the best phase from the three available phases (L1, L2, L3), ensuring a stable power supply. In addition, the device monitors voltage and current. If it detects dangerous fluctuations, such as overvoltage, undervoltage, phase imbalance or excessive load, it disconnects the power supply to protect your equipment.

Modular Automatic Phase Switching and Imbalance Relay – 3P+N, 230V, 63A, DIN Rail, with Voltage and Current Monitoring
The modular automatic phase switching and imbalance relay is designed to supply a single-phase 230V AC load from a three-phase 3P+N electrical network. The device continuously monitors the voltage of all three phases, L1, L2 and L3, and automatically selects a suitable phase to supply the single-phase load.
Main purpose:
If the voltage of the phase currently in use becomes too high or too low, or if the phase fails completely, the device disconnects the load and, depending on the settings and the condition of the other phases, automatically selects another suitable phase. This increases the reliability of the power supply to single-phase consumers in buildings where a three-phase electrical network is available.Input network

Load current of the active phase in amperesSelected phase indication:
A separate indicator light clearly shows which phase is currently selected and being used to supply the single-phase 230V load.The user can see the following information in real time:
- the voltages of all three phases, L1, L2 and L3;
- which phase is currently supplying power;
- the load current of the selected phase in amperes;
- whether the phase voltages are within the configured permissible limits.
Operating Principle
- The three phases L1, L2, L3 and the neutral conductor N are connected to the device.
- The device continuously measures the voltage of each phase.
- The voltages of all three phases are shown simultaneously on the display in volts.
- The controller selects a suitable phase and connects it to the single-phase 230V output.
- The indicator light shows which phase is currently being used.
- The lower display shows the load current of the selected phase in amperes.
- If the active phase fails or its voltage exceeds the configured limits, the load is automatically disconnected.
- After the configured delay, the device can select another suitable phase.
- When the electrical network parameters return to normal, the power supply is automatically restored according to the configured operating algorithm.
Result:
The single-phase load is supplied from the phase of the three-phase network that is suitable at that moment. If the parameters of the selected phase become unsuitable, the device can automatically switch to another phase that remains within the permissible limits.Main Functions
- Automatic selection of a suitable phase from L1, L2 or L3.
- Real-time monitoring of all three phase voltages.
- Display of L1, L2 and L3 voltages in volts.
- Selected phase indication using a separate indicator light.
- Display of the active phase load current in amperes.
- Single-phase 230V AC output for single-phase electrical consumers.

How Does It Differ from a Standard Voltage Monitoring Relay?
Function Standard voltage relay Automatic phase switching relay Monitors network voltage Yes Yes, monitors L1, L2 and L3 Disconnects the load Yes Yes Selects another phase No Yes, if another phase is suitable Displays all phase voltages Depends on the model Yes Displays the current of the active phase Usually not Yes, in amperes Important Information
Single-phase output
The device has a single-phase 230V output, not a three-phase 400V output.Not suitable for three-phase loads
The device is not suitable for supplying three-phase motors or other 3 × 400V loads.Does not convert voltage
The device is not a transformer and does not convert voltage – it selects one of the existing L1, L2 or L3 phases.This is not a UPS
A brief interruption of the power supply may occur during switching, so the device does not provide uninterrupted power in the same way as a UPS system.63A output current
63A is the maximum single-phase output current, not 63A for each phase.Installation
The installation of the device, connection of the conductors, configuration of the protection parameters and operational testing must be carried out by a qualified electrician.Automatic Phase Selection for a More Reliable Single-Phase Power Supply
The modular automatic phase switching and imbalance relay, 3P+N, 230V, 63A, is designed for buildings with a three-phase electrical connection where important equipment must be supplied with single-phase 230V power.
The device monitors the L1, L2 and L3 voltages in real time, displays the voltages of all three phases, shows the load current of the selected phase in amperes and uses an indicator light to show which phase is currently active.
If the active phase fails or its voltage exceeds the configured limits, the load is disconnected and the device can automatically select another suitable phase according to the configured operating algorithm. It is a practical solution for homes, offices, security systems, heating and ventilation automation, refrigeration equipment, pumps and other single-phase 230V loads.
