After the supply voltage is applied, the relay starts counting the preset delay time. Once the set delay has elapsed, the output contact switches.
The delay time is adjustable from 0.1 to 3 minutes. The device operates on 150–260 V AC supply voltage and features power and relay output LED indicators. The output contact is rated for up to 5 A / 250 V AC when switching a resistive load. The relay can be mounted on a DIN rail or vertically on an electrical panel mounting plate.

ON-delay timer relay | 0.1–3 min. | 230V AC / 24V AC/DC | 5A | DIN
Electronic ON-delay timer relay is designed for electrical and automation control circuits where a load or control signal must not switch on immediately, but only after a preset time has elapsed following application of power to the relay.
The delay time is adjustable from 0.1 to 3 minutes, corresponding to approximately 6 to 180 seconds. The relay has two power supply connection options: A1–A2 – 230V AC and A2–A3 – 24V AC/DC. The specified operating voltage is Un: 150–260V AC / 24V DC.
ON-delay – switching on after the preset timeWhen power is applied to the relay, the preset time starts counting. Only after the preset interval has elapsed does the relay output contact switch, allowing it to activate a contactor, intermediate relay or another control circuit.
Two power supply connection optionsA1–A2 terminals are intended for 230V AC supply, while A2–A3 terminals are intended for 24V AC/DC supply. When AC power is used, the operating frequency is 50/60Hz.

State Relay response Power OFF The relay is in its initial state and timing is not active. Power is applied The preset delay time starts counting. Timing in progress The output contact remains in its initial state. Preset time expires The relay output contact switches. OUT state active The output remains activated until power to the relay is disconnected. Power is disconnected The relay returns to its initial state and is ready for a new cycle. ON-delay function
The main function of this model is ON-delay. The relay output does not switch immediately after power is applied. First, the preset time selected with the front adjustment knob is counted, and only after this time has elapsed is the output activated.
Operating sequencePower ON → timing → end of preset interval → relay output switches → output active.
ON-delay is not OFF-delayThis model is designed for delayed switching ON after power is applied. It does not provide OFF-delay, cyclic ON/OFF or pulse timer functions.
Supply voltage
The relay has two separate power supply connection options. The terminal pair is selected according to the control voltage used.
Terminals Supply Purpose A1–A2 230V AC 230V AC control circuit supply A2–A3 24V AC/DC Alternative low-voltage supply Operating voltage UnThe manufacturer’s technical data specifies Un: 150–260V AC / 24V DC. For the actual connection, the terminal designation must be followed: A1–A2 – 230V AC, A2–A3 – 24V AC/DC.
Adjustable 0.1–3 minute delay
The required delay time is set using the adjustment knob on the front of the relay. The adjustment range is from 0.1 to 3 minutes.
Setting Approximate value in seconds 0.1 min. Approx. 6 s 0.5 min. Approx. 30 s 1 min. Approx. 60 s 2 min. Approx. 120 s 3 min. Approx. 180 s Analogue time adjustmentThe time is set using a mechanical adjustment knob, therefore the actual switching moment may differ slightly from the selected scale value. If the timing is important for the process, a test cycle is recommended.
LED indication
Indication Meaning ON Power and timing status indication. OUT Indicates that the preset time has elapsed and the relay output has switched. Relay output
The relay has a changeover output contact. In the initial state the relay contacts are in the non-operated position, and after the preset time expires the contact switches.
Contact ratingCurrent: 5A
Voltage: 250V ACThe 5A rating depends on the load typeThe 5A / 250V AC rating cannot automatically be applied to all load types. Motors, transformers, solenoids, contactor coils, LED power supplies and other inductive or capacitive loads may have a considerably higher inrush current.
For such loads, it is recommended to use the relay in the control circuit and switch the main load through a correctly selected contactor or intermediate relay.

Practical application example
In a ventilation system, the fan must switch on 30 seconds after the main system starts. The timer relay is powered via A1–A2 terminals from a 230V AC control circuit. The adjustment knob is set to approximately 0.5 minute. When power is applied, timing begins. After the preset interval has elapsed, the relay output switches and the fan contactor coil is activated.
