This is a multi-padlock cable lockout solution that allows a single cable to be looped around or connected to the required lockout point and secured with several individual padlocks. Each worker can use their own separate padlock. This allows individual control by several people to be applied to the same lockout point.

1. Loop the cable around the required lockout point.
2. Insert the cable into the lockout body.
3. Tighten the cable to the required position.
4. Insert one or more padlocks into the holes in the body.
5. Check that the lockout device cannot be released.

• Before locking out, make sure that the selected isolation point is suitable for cable use.
• The cable must be tightened so that the lockout point cannot be operated without removing the lockout device.
• After fitting the padlocks, check that the body cannot be opened or released.
• Do not exceed four padlocks.
• Before use, inspect the condition of the cable, body and padlocks.
• Use only padlocks whose shackles fit properly into the Ø8 mm lockout holes.
