  • Submersible liquid level sensor | 4–20 mA | DC 12–36 V | water, oil and liquid level transmitter | stainless steel probe

    Code: ES-YWTT1M-420MA

Submersible liquid level sensor / transmitter designed for measuring the level of water, oil and other liquids that are non-aggressive to stainless steel. The sensor measures the pressure of the liquid column and transmits a signal to an automation system, controller, indicator, PLC or other control equipment.

This model can be used in reservoirs, water tanks, wells, boreholes, technical water systems, oil tanks, wastewater or drainage systems where continuous liquid level monitoring is required.

    Functions

Liquid level measurement – the sensor measures the level of water, oil or another non-aggressive liquid in a container, reservoir, well or tank
Hydrostatic pressure measurement – the sensor determines the liquid level according to the pressure of the liquid column, making it suitable for continuous level monitoring
Submersible probe – the measuring part is submerged directly into the liquid, so no complex mechanical construction is required
Stainless steel housing – the probe is corrosion-resistant and suitable for use with water, oil and other liquids that are non-aggressive to stainless steel
Waterproof construction – the sensor is designed for operation in humid environments and direct contact with liquid
DC 12–36 V supply – can be used with the 24 V DC power supply commonly used in automation systems
High measuring accuracy – standard accuracy is 0.5% FS, and depending on the version it may be 0.2% FS
Long-term stability – ±0.1% FS per year stability helps maintain reliable measurement during long-term operation
Overload protection – the sensor can withstand up to 1.5 times higher load than the nominal measuring range

    Use

For household users: Suitable for monitoring the level of water tanks, wells, boreholes, rainwater reservoirs or drainage systems.
For electricians: Used for connection to 24 V DC power supply, PLC, indicator, control relay or pump automation.
For engineers / designers: Suitable for designing liquid level measurement systems in reservoirs, pumping stations, water supply or technological processes.
For industrial companies: Used for controlling the level of water, oil or technical liquids in production, cooling systems, tanks and equipment.
For farms / technical systems: Suitable for irrigation, water storage, livestock watering, wastewater or pump control systems.

    Advantages

Suitable for water, oil and other non-aggressive liquids
Stainless steel probe – corrosion-resistant in standard water and oil systems
DC 12–36 V supply – compatible with commonly used 24 V DC automation systems
Fast response time – suitable for systems where an operational level change signal is required

    Disadvantages

Not suitable for aggressive liquids that may damage stainless steel or sealing materials
Medium temperature is limited to 0–50 °C, so it is not suitable for very hot liquids

    FAQ

What is this liquid level sensor intended for?
The sensor is intended for measuring the liquid level in tanks containing water, oil or other liquids that are non-aggressive to stainless steel. It transmits an analog or digital signal to the control system.

Is the sensor suitable for outdoor conditions?
The probe itself is waterproof and designed for contact with liquid, but in outdoor conditions it is necessary to protect cable connections, controllers and power supply equipment from moisture, UV rays, mechanical damage and frost.

Can it be used in a wastewater tank?
Yes, if the liquid is not chemically aggressive to stainless steel and the probe is not covered with sludge, deposits or solid particles. In wastewater systems, it is important to choose the correct installation location.

Does this sensor switch the pump on by itself?
Not directly. To control a pump, an additional controller, relay, contactor or pump automation system is required.
