Radio control set with 2 transmitters and a 315 MHz modular receiver
ES-E1738-315B is two transmitters and one modular receiver for a simple single-axis mechanism, such as a hoist or a gate. Each transmitter has ▲, ▼, START and STOP buttons. The command goes by radio to the receiver, whose relay closes the channel and energises a contactor coil – the motor is switched by the contactor.
Key point:
Two transmitters let you control the same mechanism from two places, e.g. from the ground and from the upper landing, or keep a spare remote. The receiver has no housing, so it goes into an IP enclosure or an existing panel.Transmitters

315 MHzReceiver
100–240 V ACHow it works
Mount the receiver (95×62×29 mm) in an IP enclosure or panel and route the antenna out of any metal housing. Take the 100–240 V AC supply from the control circuit and wire the relay contacts into the contactor coil circuits – one channel each for ▲ and ▼.
START enables the system, STOP switches it off. Wire the STOP channel so it drops the main contactor KM0. Before commissioning, check with both transmitters that the mechanism stops when the link is lost or a battery runs flat.
The operator controls lifting or single-axis travel from a convenient spot, while the second transmitter stays at another work position or as a spare.
Why choose ES-E1738-315B?
One receiver and two transmitters – no second control set needed when the mechanism is operated from two places. The module fits into an existing panel.Technical specifications
Product type Wireless control set with modular receiver Model ES-E1738-315B Set contents 2 transmitters + 1 modular receiver Transmitter buttons ▲, ▼, START, STOP (on each transmitter) Speeds 1 Radio frequency 315 MHz Receiver supply 100–240 V AC Channel load up to 4 A (use for contactor coils) Receiver sensitivity −105 dBm Standby current < 6.2 mA Receiver dimensions 95×62×29 mm Receiver protection no IP housing – mount in an IP enclosure or panel Main functions
- 2 transmitters for one receiver – control from two places or a spare remote
- ▲ and ▼ buttons – one axis: hoist, gate, damper
- Separate START and STOP – the system stays inactive until the operator enables it
- 100–240 V AC supply – connects directly to a 230 V AC control circuit
- Compact 95×62×29 mm module – fits a small enclosure
How does it differ from similar models?
- AK-C211008 – 433 MHz, 1 transmitter with 4 direction buttons, channel load up to 10 A
- ES-ML-K2 – 868 MHz, 1 transmitter, receiver in an IP66 housing, 230 V AC
- F21-2S-b3ce – also 2 transmitters, but receiver in an IP66 housing, 6 channels, up to 100 m
Where is it used?
- Material and goods hoists operated from the bottom and the top
- Gates and barriers operated from two posts
- Small electric winches
- Dampers and lifting platforms
- Auxiliary mechanisms that need a spare remote
Use by need
For the electrician
one receiver serves two posts – fewer cables and push-button boxesFor a manufacturing plant
the second transmitter is a spare – work does not stop over a lost remoteFor a construction site / warehouse
the hoist can be operated both from the ground and from abovePractical use
If a construction hoist lifts materials to the first floor, one transmitter stays at the bottom and the other at the top. Mount the receiver in an IP enclosure by the hoist panel, wire channels ▲ and ▼ to the contactor coils through the limit switches, and STOP into the KM0 circuit.Pros
- 2 transmitters included
- Separate START and STOP buttons
- 100–240 V AC supply without an extra source
- Compact module for an existing panel
Cons / limitations
- 315 MHz is not a standard EU SRD band; 433 MHz alternative – AK-C211008, 868 MHz – ES-ML-K2
- Receiver has no housing – an IP enclosure is required
- Channel load up to 4 A – contactor coils only
- One axis and 1 speed only; operating range not specified
Safety and installation notes
- The receiver relays switch contactor coils only (up to 4 A) – never pass motor current through them.
- Mount the receiver in an IP enclosure or panel; the open board must not be exposed to moisture or dust.
- Wire the STOP channel into the main contactor KM0 circuit; loss of the link must stop the mechanism (EN 60204-32) – test with both transmitters.
- Organise work so that only one operator controls the mechanism at a time.
- Limit switches (SQ) and NC interlocking of ▲/▼ stay in the circuit.
- Before installation or repair – LOTO on the main isolator.
Quick selection guide
2 transmitters▲▼ + START/STOP315 MHz100–240 V ACCheck before ordering:
- Does the contactor coil voltage match the 100–240 V AC receiver supply?
- 315 MHz: check whether the frequency is permitted in your country.
- Is one axis (▲/▼) at one speed enough?
FAQ
How many transmitters are included?
Two. Both control the same receiver, and each has ▲, ▼, START and STOP buttons. Can both transmitters be used at the same time?
We do not recommend it. Organise work so one operator controls the mechanism, with the second transmitter at another post or kept as a spare. Can 315 MHz be used in the EU?
315 MHz is not a standard EU SRD band. Before use, check whether the frequency is permitted in your country; otherwise choose a 433 or 868 MHz remote. Can the receiver be mounted without an enclosure?
No. The receiver has no protective housing – mount it in an IP enclosure or panel. Can a motor be connected directly to the relays?
No. Channel load is up to 4 A – the relays are for contactor coils, the motor is switched by a contactor. What is the operating range?
The range is not specified. It depends on antenna position and surroundings – test on site before installation.ES-E1738-315B – one mechanism, two control posts
2 transmitters with ▲▼ + START/STOP and a 315 MHz modular receiver for simple single-axis mechanisms. Mount the receiver in an IP enclosure and check that 315 MHz is permitted in your country.
