433 MHz wireless control set with modular receiver – 4 buttons + START/STOP
AK-C211008 is a transmitter and modular radio receiver for simple hoisting and drive mechanisms. When a button is pressed, the transmitter sends the command at 433 MHz, the receiver relay closes the channel, and the channel energises a contactor coil. The motor is switched by the contactor, not by the receiver.
Key point:
This is the choice when you already have a control panel or enclosure and want to add radio control to a gate, small winch or hoist. The receiver has no protective housing, so it always goes into an IP enclosure – in return you get a compact module that is easy to integrate.Buttons

433 MHzReceiver
100–240 V ACHow it works
Mount the receiver in an IP enclosure or panel and route the antenna so metal walls do not shield it. Take the 100–240 V AC supply from the control circuit and wire the relay contacts into the contactor coil circuits.
START enables the system, STOP switches it off. Wire the STOP channel so it drops the main contactor KM0. Before commissioning, check that the relays release and the mechanism stops when the radio link is lost or the transmitter battery runs flat.
The operator controls the mechanism from a safe distance without a cable. The 4 direction buttons cover two axes, e.g. hoist up/down and travel left/right.
Why choose AK-C211008?
You get radio control without a large industrial receiver – the module fits into an existing panel. Useful when upgrading old push-button controls on simple mechanisms.Technical specifications
Product type Wireless control set with modular receiver Model AK-C211008 Set contents 1 transmitter + 1 modular receiver Transmitter buttons 4 direction buttons, START, STOP Speeds 1 Radio frequency 433 MHz Receiver supply 100–240 V AC Channel load up to 10 A (use for contactor coils) Receiver sensitivity −105 dBm Standby current < 6.2 mA Receiver protection no housing – mount in an IP enclosure or panel Main functions
- Separate START and STOP – the system stays inactive until the operator deliberately enables it
- 4 direction buttons – for two axes, e.g. hoist and travel
- 433 MHz link – EU SRD band widely used in industrial equipment
- 100–240 V AC supply – connects directly to a 230 V AC control circuit
- Module with terminals – quick to wire in a panel or enclosure
- External antenna – can be routed outside the panel so metal does not weaken the signal
How does it differ from similar models?
- ES-E1738-315B – 315 MHz, set with 2 transmitters with 2 direction buttons each, channel load up to 4 A
- ES-ML-K2 – 868 MHz, receiver in an IP66 housing, 230 V AC – no separate enclosure needed
- ES-F21-E1-TX – 6 buttons + START/STOP, receiver in an IP65 housing, 24–440 V AC/DC, up to 100 m
Where is it used?
- Gate, barrier and damper drives
- Small electric winches
- Goods and material hoists
- Simple workshop hoists – with an additional safety circuit
- Sliding platforms and auxiliary conveyors
Use by need
For the electrician
the module fits into an existing panel – no need to replace the whole control systemFor a manufacturing plant
radio control for auxiliary mechanisms without major investmentFor a construction site / warehouse
a hoist or gate can be operated from a safe spot, not right next to the mechanismPractical use
If a material hoist has two direction contactors and a 230 V AC control circuit, mount the receiver in an IP65 box next to the panel, wire two channels to the contactor coils through the existing limit switches, and wire the STOP channel into the main contactor KM0 circuit.Pros
- Compact and easy to integrate into an existing panel
- Separate START and STOP buttons
- 433 MHz – EU SRD band
- 100–240 V AC supply without an extra power source
- Channel load up to 10 A – ample margin for contactor coils
Cons / limitations
- Receiver has no housing – an IP enclosure is required (with housing: ES-ML-K2, ES-F21-E1-TX)
- Operating range and transmitter IP rating not specified
- 1 speed only – for two-speed mechanisms choose ES-21-4D or ES-F24-8D
- Not suitable for heavy cranes without an additional safety circuit
Safety and installation notes
- The receiver relays switch contactor coils only – never pass motor current through them.
- Mount the receiver in an IP enclosure or panel: do not leave the open board exposed to moisture, dust or touch.
- Wire the STOP channel into the main contactor KM0 circuit; loss of the radio link must stop the mechanism (EN 60204-32) – test this before work.
- Limit switches (SQ) and NC interlocking of opposite directions stay in the circuit.
- For heavy cranes and loads over people – only with an additional safety circuit, or choose an industrial remote with a housing.
- Before installation or repair – LOTO on the main isolator.
Quick selection guide
4 buttons + START/STOP433 MHz100–240 V ACModular receiverCheck before ordering:
- Does the contactor coil voltage match the 100–240 V AC receiver supply?
- Do you have an IP enclosure or panel space for the receiver?
- How many directions and speeds do you need: 4 buttons control 2 axes at one speed.
FAQ
Can the receiver be mounted outdoors without an enclosure?
No. The receiver has no protective housing – mount it in an IP enclosure or panel and route the antenna through a sealed gland. Can a motor be connected directly to the receiver relays?
No. The relays are meant for contactor coils; motor current is switched by a contactor with thermal protection. What voltage should the contactor coils be?
It is easiest when the coils match the receiver supply, e.g. 230 V AC. Then the whole control circuit runs from one source. What is the operating range?
The range is not specified. It depends on antenna position and surroundings: metal structures and panels shorten it, so test on site. What are START and STOP for?
START enables the system, STOP switches it off. Wire the STOP channel into the main contactor circuit so the mechanism stops when it is pressed. Is it suitable for a crane?
For a simple hoist or lift – yes, with contactors, limit switches and a STOP circuit. For heavier cranes choose a remote with a housed receiver, e.g. ES-F21-E1-TX.AK-C211008 – radio control for an existing panel
A 4-button + START/STOP set with a 433 MHz modular receiver for simple mechanisms. Mount the receiver in an IP enclosure, use the relays to switch contactor coils and wire STOP into the main contactor circuit.
