Spare 433 MHz transmitter: ▲, ▼, START, STOP
AK-C211009 is a separate radio remote transmitter for cranes and hoists, supplied without a receiver. It is paired with an already installed compatible 433 MHz receiver, e.g. AK-C211008 from the same series. The transmitter sends the command by radio, the receiver relays energise the contactor coils, and the contactors switch the motor.
Key point:
If a remote is lost or broken, there is no need to buy a full set and rewire the receiver – a new transmitter is enough. It can also serve as a second remote for the same mechanism.Buttons

e.g. AK-C211008How it works
The transmitter is paired with the existing receiver following the receiver instructions (learning / code assignment procedure). The receiver wiring does not change – its relays stay connected to the contactor coils.
START energises the main contactor, STOP opens it, ▲ and ▼ control two directions. On loss of link the receiver must switch off its outputs and the mechanism stops – test this after pairing.
The mechanism is controlled remotely again without rewiring, and the old or lost transmitter should be deleted from the receiver memory if the receiver allows it.
Why choose AK-C211009?
A quick fix when a remote is lost or faulty: the receiver and its wiring stay as they are. A second transmitter lets you control the same mechanism from two places.Technical specifications
Product type Spare crane remote transmitter Model AK-C211009 Set contents Transmitter only, receiver not included Buttons ▲, ▼ + START + STOP Radio frequency 433 MHz Compatible receiver 433 MHz, e.g. AK-C211008 from the same series Main functions
- ▲ / ▼ buttons – two-direction control (up / down or forward / back)
- START – energises the main contactor before work
- STOP – stops the mechanism with one press
- 433 MHz – EU SRD band
- No receiver – you pay only for what is missing
How does it differ from similar models?
- AK-C211008 – set with an open-board 433 MHz receiver and a 4-button transmitter – when there is no receiver yet
- ES-LD-BC2 – set: ▲, ▼ + START/STOP transmitter and open-board 230 V AC receiver, 868 MHz
- ES-ML-K2 – set with an enclosed 230 V AC receiver, 868 MHz, IP66
Where is it used?
- Replacing a lost or faulty remote
- Second remote for the same mechanism
- Electric hoists and small winches with an open-board receiver
- Gate and barrier drives
- Spare remote for the maintenance team
Use by need
For electricians
no need to touch the receiver wiring – just pair the new transmitterFor manufacturers
a spare transmitter on the shelf cuts downtime to minutesFor construction / warehouse yards
a lost remote no longer stops work for a whole dayPractical use
If a hoist remote is lost on site, then the new transmitter is paired with the existing AK-C211008-type receiver and work continues. If the receiver allows it, delete the old transmitter from memory so nobody else can operate the mechanism.Pros
- No need to buy a full set
- Receiver wiring stays unchanged
- 433 MHz – EU SRD band
- Simple 4-button control
Cons / limitations
- Receiver not included – without a compatible receiver it will not work; in that case choose the AK-C211008 set
- Only 2 directions – for mechanisms needing more functions choose ES-21-4S or ES-F21-4SE
- Open-board receivers are for simpler mechanisms – for heavy cranes choose a set with an enclosed receiver
Safety and installation notes
- Receiver relays switch only contactor coils – never pass motor current through them.
- STOP must open the main contactor; loss of link must stop the mechanism (EN 60204-32).
- Limit switches (SQ) and NC interlocking of opposite directions remain in the circuit.
- Keep an open-board receiver in an IP enclosure or panel; for heavy cranes add a separate safety circuit.
- After pairing, test all commands and STOP without load.
- Before working on the receiver circuit – LOTO on the main isolator.
Quick selection guide
▲, ▼ + START/STOP433 MHztransmitter onlye.g. AK-C211008Check before ordering:
- Check compatibility with your receiver by frequency (433 MHz) and coding – send us a photo or model of the receiver and we will advise.
- Whether the receiver allows pairing a new transmitter (learning procedure) and deleting the old one.
- How many directions you need: this transmitter controls 2 directions + START/STOP.
FAQ
Is a receiver included?
No, this is the transmitter only. If you have no receiver, choose the AK-C211008 set.Which receivers does it work with?
With compatible 433 MHz receivers, e.g. AK-C211008 from the same series. Send us your receiver data and we will check. How is it paired with the receiver?
Using the receiver's learning procedure: put the receiver into learning mode and press a transmitter button. Can one receiver have two transmitters?
Yes, if the receiver supports several transmitters. Only one operator should control the mechanism at a time. What happens on loss of link?
The receiver must switch off its outputs and the mechanism stops. Test this after pairing. Is it suitable for a heavy overhead crane?
With an open-board receiver only with an additional safety circuit. For heavy cranes choose a set with an enclosed receiver, e.g. ES-21-4S.AK-C211009 – new remote without changing the receiver
Spare 433 MHz transmitter with ▲, ▼, START and STOP. Check compatibility with your receiver before ordering.
