Wireless assistance call system – a practical solution for hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, restaurants and other service environments. When the CALL button is pressed, its assigned number is transmitted wirelessly to the central LED display, which can show up to 3 calls simultaneously. The system supports numbers 001–999, up to 999 wireless call buttons, and notifies about a new call with a “ding-dong” sound or an English voice announcement of the number.

  • Wireless Assistance Call System | 001–999 | up to 999 buttons | 3 numbers on display | audible announcement

Wireless assistance call system for hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, senior care facilities, restaurants and cafés. When a wireless CALL button is pressed, the call number is transmitted to the shared display. Up to three calls can be shown on the display at the same time, while a new call can be announced by a “ding-dong” sound or by an English voice announcement of the number.

    Main idea

The system allows a patient, senior, customer or another user to send an assistance or service call by pressing a single CALL button. The shared display shows the number assigned to the button that generated the call, allowing staff to identify the location from which the signal was received. One display can operate with up to 999 wireless call buttons.

    Operating principle

Each wireless CALL button is assigned a number. When the user presses the button, the call signal is transmitted wirelessly to the shared display.

The display shows the call number from 001 to 999. Up to three numbers can be shown simultaneously, allowing several received calls to be viewed at the same time. A new call can also be announced by a “ding-dong” sound or by an English voice announcement of the number.

Why is the wireless system useful?

No signal cables are required between the CALL buttons and the shared display. The button can be attached to a wall or another surface, carried in a pocket or worn around the neck, allowing an assistance signal to be sent quickly and conveniently.

    Call process

    1. CALL button
The patient, customer or another user presses a CALL button.
    2. Wireless signal
The call is transmitted wirelessly to the shared signal display.
    3. Number display
The number assigned to the button that generated the call is shown on the display using red LED segments.
    4. Audible signal
The call can be announced by a “ding-dong” sound or by the number spoken in English.

Up to 3 calls at the same time

The display can show three call numbers at the same time. This allows staff to see not only the most recent signal but also several calls received at the same time.

    Call memory

The system can store up to 63 call records in sequence. This allows multiple received signals to remain queued when more calls are received than can be shown on the display at the same time.
