Blanking cover plate for cable entry | for 216×84 mm cut-out | no entries | grey | IP65 | HT Hi Tech Polymers | HTC-0
HTC-0 is a blanking plate without entries for the standard 216 × 84 mm (C-hole) cut-out. It closes a cut-out that is not yet used, or no longer used, for cables and keeps the enclosure sealed to IP65. It is fixed through the same Ø10 mm holes (spacing 193 / 62 mm) as the HTC plates with entries.
Key point:
Panels are often built with several identical cut-outs for the future, and not all of them are needed straight away. HTC-0 closes such a cut-out neatly and tightly, and when cables are needed you simply replace it with a plate with entries – without modifying the enclosure.Entries

Installation: the plate is placed over the 216 × 84 mm cut-out and screwed through Ø10 mm holes (spacing 193 / 62 mm).
Operation: the solid TPE plate, pressed against the enclosure, covers the entire cut-out tightly.
Result: the unused cut-out is closed to IP65 and ready for a future cable entry.
Why choose HTC-0?
HTC-0 lets you prepare panels and enclosures in the same way – with standard 216 × 84 mm cut-outs – and decide on the cable entry later. Until cables arrive, the cut-out is closed neatly and tightly, without improvised covers or silicone.Technical specifications

Use by need
For panel manufacturers.
Build identical enclosures with standard cut-outs and close the unused ones until the customer decides on the cabling. For installation electricians.
An unused cut-out on site is closed in minutes with the same screws as the other HTC plates. For facility managers.
The panel keeps a ready, tightly closed entry for future cables.Practical use
If a distribution board has two 216 × 84 mm cut-outs but cables currently enter through only one, close the second with HTC-0; when new lines are needed, replace it with a plate with entries, e.g. HTC-25 or HTC-35.Pros

- Same fixing as the HTC plates with entries
- Allows identical enclosures with spare cut-outs
- Easily replaced when a cable entry is needed
- −40…+130 °C, halogen-free, indoor and outdoor
Cons / limitations
- Not intended for cable entry – for that choose a plate with entries (e.g. HTC-50, HTC-35, HTC-25)
- Fits only the 216 × 84 mm (C-hole) cut-out; for a 138 × 48 mm cut-out there is HTB-10
- Not a fire barrier
Safety and installation notes
- Install the plate with the panel de-energised – screws or tools must not reach live parts.
- Before fitting, check that the cut-out edges are deburred and no swarf is left in the panel.
- The sealing surface must be flat and clean – otherwise IP65 is not maintained.
- Tighten the screws evenly so the plate seats along its whole perimeter.
