    HTC-25 is a membrane cable entry plate for the standard 216 × 84 mm (C-hole) cut-out with 25 entries arranged for a small distribution board. Its special feature is the two-stage larger entries: the outer membrane ring seals a thicker cable (IP65), while the inner ring lets the same entry take a thinner cable (IP55).

    Key point:
    In a house or small-premises board the actual cable sizes are often known only on site. HTC-25 has margin for that: one entry can serve two cable ranges, so the plate adapts more easily to the real cable set. Sixteen medium entries cover a usual number of circuits, and four small Ø5–7 mm entries take thin control or communication lines.

    How it works

    Installation: the plate is placed in a 216 × 84 mm cut-out and screwed through Ø10 mm holes (spacing 193 / 62 mm).

    Operation: for a thicker cable the outer membrane ring is opened, for a thinner one only the inner ring; the opening is always made slightly smaller than the cable outer Ø.

    Result: up to 25 cables through one cut-out – IP65 in the outer ranges and IP55 in the inner-ring ranges.

    Why choose HTC-25?
    The two-stage entries are the practical advantage of HTC-25: if a Ø8 mm cable arrives on site instead of the planned Ø18 mm one, the same entry still takes it through the inner ring. This reduces the risk that the plate will not suit the actual cable set.

    Safety and installation notes

    • Work in the panel only after isolating it and verifying that it is dead.
    • After making the cut-out, remove burrs and metal swarf.
    • Measure the cable outer Ø before cutting and decide which ring to open – outer or inner.
    • Do not open the outer ring for a thin cable – an oversized opening will not seal.
    • Secure cables inside the panel so that pulling forces do not act on the membrane.
